James Hoffa the General President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters is an agent of the Detroit Mafia. James Hoffa is a criminal associate of the mafia and they run rackets on businesses. They extort business owners and also extort employees. I once worked for a large shipping company for about a week and they required you to join the union. The union only allowed new employees to have part time hours for the first 6 months and extorted 1/5 of the weekly paychecks as labor dues making it completely impossible to financially survive with the low pay, low hours, and dues. Labor unions are protection rackets. Jimmy Hoffa who was disappeared was also friends with the serial killer Ed Edwards. Ed Edwards was basically the head of a national gang of serial killers and he was like their consiglieri or adviser and involved with the Zodiac Killers, Atlanta Child Murders, and various other crimes. Ed Edwards a convicted serial killer was also an asset for the FBI. Edwards now deceased was managed by the Boncompagnis and Windsors and he may have also been a hitman for the mafia. Some suspect Edwards was the serial killer behind all those killings however he was really an architect of modern serial killers and would travel to places and meet with other serial killers and assist them.

James Riddle Hoffa (born February 14, 1913; disappeared July 30, 1975) was an American labor union leader who served as the President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) union from 1957 until 1971. He vanished in late July 1975, at age 62.
Hoffa became involved with organized crime from the early years of his Teamsters work, and this connection continued until his disappearance in 1975. He was convicted of jury tampering, attempted bribery and fraud in 1964, in two separate trials. He was imprisoned in 1967 and sentenced to 13 years.

GENESIS (short for GEneral NEural SImulation System) is a general purpose simulation platform that was developed to support the simulation of neural systems ranging from subcellular components and biochemical reactions to complex models of single neurons, simulations of large networks, and systems-level models. As such, GENESIS, and its version for parallel and networked computers (PGENESIS) was the first broad scale modeling system in computational biology to encourage modelers to develop and share model features and components. Most GENESIS applications involve realistic simulations of biological neural systems. Currently GENESIS and the parallel version PGENESIS are used on parallel supercomputers to simulate cortical networks that contain millions of mult-compartmental neurons. Although the software can also model more abstract networks, there exist other simulation packages that are more suitable for networks of point integrate-and-fire neurons, or connectionist modeling.
James Mason Bower (born February 17, 1954 in Northampton, Massachusetts, USA) is an American neuroscientist and CEO and Chairman of the Board of Numedeon Inc., creator of the Whyville.net educational virtual world. He graduated from McQuaid Jesuit High School in Rochester, New York attending Antioch College and Montana State University as an undergraduate and then received his PhD in neurophysiology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, U.S. in 1982.
