1979: Edward Hope “Teddy” Smith and Alfred “Q” Evans, both 14, go missing
within four days of each other. Both were found dead on July 28
th
in a wooded
area across from Niskey Lake in Atlanta, Georgia. Teddy Smith had been shot
in the back, executed, with a .22 caliber weapon (the choice of either street thugs
or trained assassins). Q Evans was listed by the coroner as having been
asphyxiated by “probable” strangulation.

Across a two-year period from 1979 through 1981, almost 30 people, most of
them children, were murdered in Atlanta, Georgia.
On June 21
st
, 1981, 23 year old Atlanta native Wayne Bertram Williams was
arrested and subsequently tried and convicted for the murders of 27-year-old
Nathaniel Cater and 29-year-old Jimmy Ray Payne. He was given life in prison.
After the conviction, Atlanta Police released a statement that Williams was
responsible for 23 of the 29 linked “Atlanta Child Murders” but Williams has
never been brought to trial for any of them. To this day, he maintains his
innocence. Unlike any of the previous pedophile predators examined in these
pages, Williams is still serving his sentence at Telfair State Prison in Helena.
In May 2004, about six months after becoming the DeKalb County
[Georgia] Police Chief in November 2004, [Louis] Graham reopened the
investigations into the deaths of the five DeKalb County victims:

Wyche, 10; Curtis Walker, 13; Yusuf Bell, 15; William Barrett, 17; and
Patrick Baltazar, 11. Graham, one of the original investigators in these
cases, said he never believed Wayne Williams, the man convicted of two of
the killings and blamed for 22 others, was guilty of any of them. ...
The criminal profiler [FBI Agent] John E. Douglas said that, while he
believes that Williams committed many of the murders, he does not think
that he committed them all. Douglas added that he believes that law
enforcement authorities have some idea of who the other killers are,
cryptically adding, “It isn’t a single offender and the truth isn’t
pleasant.”

On June 21, 2006, the DeKalb County Police dropped its reinvestigation of
the Atlanta child murders. After resigning, Graham was replaced by the
acting chief, Nick Marinelli, who said, “We dredged up what we had, and
nothing has panned out, so until something does or additional evidence
comes our way, or there’s forensic feedback from existing evidence, we will
continue to pursue the [other] cold cases that are [with]in our reach.”

Although the Atlanta victims were poor blacks, the fact that there were so
many in such a short period of time garnered national scrutiny. As a result, the
FBI helpfully presented “profiler” John Edward Douglas to solidify the Atlanta
Police Department’s untried accusation that Wayne Williams was the serial
killer in question — no one need look any further into the crimes.
FBI Agent John E. Douglas, who had previously conducted a widely
reported interview with People magazine about profiling the killer as a
young black man, has admitted that when the news of Williams’ arrest was
officially released (his status as a suspect had previously been leaked to the
media anyway), he stated that if it was Williams then he was “looking
pretty good for a good percentage of the killings”. This was widely
reported across media outlets as the FBI effectively declaring Williams
guilty...

However, Douglas admitted to the Baltimore Sun that the investigation into
the guilt of Wayne Williams was shoddy at best.
Evidence was being lost, murder sites were being tampered with,
conflicting coroners reports were being filed.

Even so, he was the man most responsible for Williams’ conviction.
...he attended the subsequent legal proceedings and helped the prosecution
trap Williams into showing anger, which was key in showing the jury that
Williams was the murderer.

Although the FBI had no jurisdiction, Federal “law enforcement” took a
heavy-handed interest in hammering Wayne Williams as the fall-guy for the
Atlanta murders, helpfully providing appropriately-named “Lab man”
[542] Hal
Deadman.
The prosecution’s presentation of fiber statistics, particularly in the
testimony of FBI special agent Deadman and in the summing up, has been
criticized for being based on speculative assumptions and misleading
phrasing of probabilities, to an extent that in some jurisdictions might have
resulted in a mistrial.

Not satisfied that Williams was in enough of a bind, the Governor of
Georgia, George Dekle Busbee, Sr., joined hands with then Vice President
George Herbert Walker Bush to move things along.
With the governor threatening to replace the prosecutor if he didn’t move
things along faster, and the FBI and even Vice President George Bush
exerting their powerful influences to move things along, the defense was in
trouble. The defense’s attempt to investigate many of the leads and loose
ends in the prosecution’s case in hopes of finding the real killer had to be
abandoned in the face of the need now to defend Williams against an

According to one woman, Bush may have had a personal stake in covering
up the Devil’s Simulation.
Cathleen Ann O’Brien is a Michigan woman who has published a book that
made the shocking accusation that she was sold into sex slavery by her
father and tortured to become a sex robot for America’s most powerful
people in the 80’s and 90’s. ...
O’Brien claims that some of her abusers were George H.W. Bush,
Ronald Reagan, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, Dick Cheney, and
Hillary Clinton. She says that she was rescued in 1988 by a man
named Mark Phillips who claims to be a former CIA operative. ... ~

O’Brien was only “rescued” from being used as a sex rag, she is still completely
“handled” by the Romans who run the Devil’s Simulation and she never speaks
without Phillips controlling her nearby.
One of the first perpetrators O’Brien identified was Michigan Republican
Congressman Guy Vander Jagt. O’Brien implied a strong Catholic
influence from Vander Jagt yet he is supposedly a Presbyterian.
But Vander Jagt began a law degree at Georgetown and stopped,
transferring to the University of Michigan for his actual diploma

would give him full secular education credentials. ...
O’Brien then states that a priest abused her in the confessional

later, both Vander Jagt and Gerald Ford raped her as well.

According to O’Brien, Vander Jagt’s strongest connection to what
happened to her was through the local Catholic Church. The co-operative

O’Brien said that she was allowed to become pregnant to bring a daughter
into the slave ring and that Bush took particular pleasure in sexually abusing the
toddler.

The railroading of Wayne Williams (who was likely guilty of crimes
perhaps as severe as murder but clearly not the Atlanta serial-killer) by the
Georgia and United States governments incensed local blacks. Given that
stoking the flames of racial divide is a foundational tactic of the Luciferian Elite,
it may very well have been counted on. If Atlanta blacks didn’t see Williams as
innocent, they certainly felt that a vicious murderer was still on the loose — one
that preferred children.
Worse, evidence was accumulating which pointed to satanic ritual sex abuse
and sacrifice.
On March 3rd, 1981, 15 year old Joseph “Jo-Jo” Bell called the Cap’n Peg
restaurant where he worked and told Assistant Manager Jerry Lee —
“They’re about to kill me. I’m about dead, they are about to kill me. Jerry,

Bell was found murdered by strangulation in the South River 3 days later.
The cause of death of 14 year old Lubie Geter was also listed as “strangulation”
but his privates were cut out and his feet cut off indicating ritualized torture and
sacrifice.
Neither Jo-Jo’s call nor his mention of “they” were referenced in official
investigations.
The government watchdog “Truth About Business And Congressional
Crimes Organization” (T.A.B.A.C.C.O.) summarized the climate.
In April 1981, FBI spokesmen declared that several of the crimes were
“substantially solved,” outraging blacks with suggestions that some of the
dead had been slain by their own parents. While that storm was raging,
Roy Innis, leader of the Congress of Racial Equality, went public with the
story of a female witness who described the murders as the actions of a cult
involved with drugs, pornography, and Satanism. Innis led searchers to an
apparent ritual site, complete with large inverted crosses, and his witness
passed two polygraph examinations, but by that time police had focused
their attention on another suspect, narrowing their scrutiny to the exclusion
of all other possibilities.

Not only was the Federal government involved in the Atlanta murders, so
was Hollywood.
In 1981, actor Robert De Niro, when accepting the Best Actor Oscar for his
role in the film Raging Bull, wore a green ribbon as a sign of solidarity
with the children of Atlanta. He is believed to be the first celebrity to have
worn a ribbon at a major event as an awareness-raising effort. ~

Lending credence to this was the 2005 report from the Malta Independent
that famed Director Guy Ritchie was slated to shoot the planned film Knights of
Malta starring De Niro along with Sir Anthony Hopkins but, apparently, the
project never got the “green light”.

Ritchie would know.
The controversy over the Atlanta murders received little media coverage.
One exception was Spin Magazine.
Spin was founded by wealthy publishing magnate Robert Charles Joseph
Edward Sabatini “Bob” Guccione, also a Roman Catholic.
At one point in his life, Guccione considered joining the priesthood.

Instead, he founded the pornographic magazine Penthouse to compliment Hugh
Hefner’s Playboy.
Perhaps, not surprisingly, Spin would avoid the suspicion of a
pornographically-charged satanic cult being behind the Atlanta murders and go
on to blame the KKK, instead.

Twelve years later, Special Agent Douglas would again be sent by the FBI to
intervene in a State prosecution. Three hundred miles west of Atlanta, in West
Memphis, Arkansas, three young men were being arraigned on charges that they
had sexually abused, tortured and ritually slaughtered three boys. Again,
evidence pointed toward Satanic Ritual Abuse but, thankfully, the Federal
government arrived on the scene to promote otherwise.

House of Horrors
January 1982: British Customs seize video tapes of young boys being sexually
abused, tortured and murdered from businessman Russell Howard Tricker as he
returns from Amsterdam, capital city of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
June 1982: London Metro Vice raid the Elm Guest House in Rocks Lane, near
Barnes Common in south-west London pursuant to allegations of child sex
abuse. No prosecutions followed.
The success of the Devil’s Simulation in infiltrating key positions in
government in order to thwart justice should not be mistaken for the notion that
the Pedocracy is “all-powerful”. Steps are constantly taken to minimize risk like
moving criminal activities where they are less-likely to be addressed.

from Amsterdam, where, in the late 1980s, a group of British paedophiles
set up a colony, exploiting the freedom of the city’s gay community as cover

As was typical of the minions in the mainstream media: 20 years after the
incident first occurred, the Guardian allowed journalist Nick Davies to address
it.
A year after Bristol detectives finally started to unravel the ring of paedophiles who had been abusing children there for up to 20 years, they found an informant with an alarming story. The man, whom we will call Terry, had a long history of sexually abusing boys. He did not come from Bristol but, by chance, he had come across some of the paedophiles the detectives were investigating — in Amsterdam, where he said they had become involved with a group of exiled British child abusers who had succeeded in commercialising their sexual obsession.
The exiled paedophiles were trafficking boys from other countries; running
legitimate gay brothels and selling under-aged boys “under the counter”;
they had branched out into the production of child pornography. And they
had killed some of them. One boy had simply been shot through the head,
Terry said: he had been causing trouble and had been executed in front of
several paedophiles. Another, he believed, had been thrown into one of the
canals. But the one about whom he spoke the most was a boy who had
been tortured and killed in the most painful fashion in the course of
producing a pornographic video.
Terry said he had seen most of the video himself and had vomited before he
could reach the end.

Media continues to report the poor, overburdened cops as hard about their
work. Repeatedly, pedophile protecting police are painted as having no
evidence to follow —
The few detectives who specialise in the investigation of child abuse
invariably say the same thing about “snuff” movies: they have often heard
of them, sometimes pursued them but never found one. The videos remain
one of the great unsolved mysteries of the burgeoning underworld of
international sexual exploitation.

The only “mystery” is how any of these frauds sleep at night.
They almost had their quarry but then they were stymied by their Dutch
counterparts!
For a short while, the Bristol detectives thought they might be able to make
progress in tracking down the truth; but when two of them flew to
Amsterdam in the autumn of 1998 to pass on their information to Dutch
officers, they hit a wall...
Dutch police said it was not enough: without the full name of a victim, they
would not begin an investigation. Having fought their way through the
swamp of inertia which surrounds British policing and prosecution of child
abuse, the Bristol detectives had now hit the deeper swamp of virtual
paralysis that afflicts its international policing.

Though the subterfuge of excuses is steaming with excrement, the conclusion
is quite accurate —
The result is that there is now a flourishing underground trade in boys who
are being exported from the economic chaos of eastern Europe, as well as
from the streets of London, to be put to work in the sex industry of western
Europe. And no effective police operation to deal with it.

British “paedophiles” like Alan Williams, having been treated by their justice
system with a velvet glove, moved to where the hunting was even more
protected.
Williams, the “Welsh Witch”, ... already had a vicious history of abusing
boys in south Wales. Williams arrived in Amsterdam in 1988, aged 21, and
soon set himself up as the manager of a gay brothel called Boys Club 21 at
21 Spuistraat, near the central station. Across the road at number 44,
another British paedophile, a chubby Londoner named Warwick Spinks,
then aged 25, was running a similar club called the Gay Palace. Both
clubs had a legal business, running a bar and offering the services of adult
male prostitutes.
But Williams and Spinks had much crueller interests. Williams had fled to
the Netherlands after being convicted in Britain of indecent assaults on
boys. In Amsterdam, he boasted of the day in south Wales when he had
seen a 10-year-old boy on his bike, grabbed him, raped him, and, when he
cried, strangled him. From Boys Clubs 21, he organised the importing of
boys from Cardiff and London, inflicting intense violence on any who
defied him.
Spinks had been running a mail order pornography business from
Brighton, before he moved to Amsterdam, where he pioneered the
trafficking of boys as young as 10 — first, from the streets of London, and,
after the collapse of the Soviet Union, from the poverty of eastern Europe.
Having brought them to Amsterdam, he used these “chickens” himself, sold
them into the brothels or through escort agencies and put them in front of
the camera. Some resisted, some ran away, but most were made to comply
through the removal of their passports and doses of drugs and violence.
By 1990, these two clubs on Spuistraat, together with Boys for Men, De
Boys, the Blue Boy and the Why Not, had become the busiest watering
holes in the international paedophile jungle.

That was where Russell Tricker showed his utility.
Russell Tricker, now 58 [in 2000], a former private school teacher who was
convicted of child sex offences in the UK, used his job as a coach driver to
ferry suitable boys from London ...

Lest anyone think these were “random” crimes of lust, they were not. They
were all part of the Devil’s Simulation; the cult of demonic Attis worship.
...the most startling allegations came from a gay man, “Frank”, who had
gone to Amsterdam in July 1990 and found himself caught up in this
paedophile underworld. In 1993, he spoke to ... Scotland Yard.
Frank told police that Warwick Spinks had invited him to come on a trip to
the Canaries, where he had suggested Frank should help him sell videos
and showed him a sample. Frank said he watched in growing horror as the
video played out a murder — a boy who seemed to be no older than 12 was
beaten and attacked with needles, before being castrated and cut open with
a knife.

Not surprisingly, nothing came of Frank’s report to Scotland Yard.
In Eastern Europe, impoverished by the ravages of Communism, boys were
sold for pittance.
[Homosexual club owner Warwick] Spinks described how he picked up
boys in Dresden, in Bratislava in the Czech Republic, and in Poland,
where, he claimed, they cost only 10p [10 pence — $1.62, U.S.]. The
undercover officer asked Spinks if he could get him a sado-masochistic
video featuring boys as young as 10, and Spinks replied that he knew
people in Amsterdam who could: “I know, well I knew, some people who
were involved in making snuff movies and how they did it was, they only
sold them in limited editions, made 10 copies or something, 10 very rich
customers in America, who paid $5,000 each or something like that”. ...
A couple of years ago, I sat in the Blue Boy club on Spuistraat [in
Amsterdam], amid the dry ice and the boys in thongs, and flicked through
the catalogue on the bar, offering “truly the best boys in town”, and
watched a Japanese businessman make his purchase. In search of their
origins, I went to Berlin, to the Bahnhof Am Zoo, where the trains arrive
from all over eastern Europe, bringing the destitute in search of a dream.
A specialist social worker there, Wolfgang Werner, told me there were
some 700 east European boys, aged from 11 to 17, who had ended up in the
sex industry in Berlin. But, to his knowledge, many hundreds of others had
been taken off on a kind of underground railroad which fanned out to
Zurich and Hamburg and Frankfurt, and, most of all, to Rotterdam and
Amsterdam.
Werner told me, for example, about the Romanian boys who had been sold
by their parents to a wandering Polish criminal, who had paid cash for
some and a bottle of vodka for another, before putting them on to the
streets of Berlin.

Boys were being kidnapped in Britain, too. It was relatively easy once they
were placed into a Catholic or public orphanage.
Two alleged victims of a sophisticated paedophile ring at the centre of a
police investigation claim they were taken on trips to Amsterdam where
they were sexually abused in brothels in the 1980s.
One male victim had been taken from the Grafton Close care home in
Richmond, south-west London, it is claimed, and, as well as being
trafficked in Amsterdam, was rented out to customers at the Elm Guest
House, a bed and breakfast nearby. Another man has claimed he was
taken to Amsterdam on a different trip. ~ The Independent

Just as in Amsterdam, Germany and elsewhere, the purpose for the Elm
Guest House was to provide “services” to homosexual men they couldn’t get due
to “prejudice”.
It was only yards from Barnes Common, which was, and still is, a well known gay cruising ground. ~ Mail

The guest house manager and founder was Carole Kasir. As The
Independent reported, Kasir died under “suspicious circumstances.”

To some, German-born Kasir’s liberal-minded attitudes prompted her, in
the mid-1970s, to offer a meeting place for gay men embarrassed by their
sexual orientation just a decade after it was made legal. To others it was
the starting place that ultimately led her to accumulate substantial sums of
money by letting rooms where child porn videos were shot and exploitative
men could abuse underage boys brought in from a local care homes.
Kasir – who ran the guest house with her husband Haroon Kasir, died on
17 June 1990, aged 47, eight years after a specialist police team raided the
guest house, which has since been turned into flats.
At the inquest into her death, the court heard Kasir, a diabetic, was found by a friend about 11am with “numerous injections and phials of insulin” next to her body, but that did little to stem a series of ... allegations. The inquest was shown suicide notes allegedly written by Kasir to her lover, but three witnesses – two child protection workers and a private detective – queried the provenance of the notes, telling the court Kasir feared for her life because of what she knew. She had been receiving threatening phone calls, was being harassed by police and told them she was being followed by an unmarked car, they said.
After adjourning the case several times, the coroner ruled she had “taken
her own life” and that she died from hypoglycemia caused by an insulin
overdose. Friends claimed there were questions that were not adequately
answered, such as why Kasir was injected several times in the bottom
[buttocks], when she always took her injections in the arm [as do the vast
majority of diabetics]. One witness at the inquest said he was shown
photos of illustrious public figures in compromising poses, an allegation
recently backed up by another witness.
Those friendly with Kasir said that, in the months before her death, she
spoke about lifting the lid on the guest house, including listing those who
visited, in a book.

An unnamed children’s advocate interviewed by the Mail was adamant that
the circumstances around Kasir’s death showed corruption and cover-up.
Shortly after her death, a child protection campaigner from the National
Association Of Young People In Care (NAYPIC) called for a criminal
investigation into events at Elm Guest House.
The campaigner claimed that he had been told by Mrs. Kasir that boys had
been brought in from a children’s home for sex. She had told him she had
photographs or video of many establishment figures at her hotel, including
a bishop.
— Interesting that the Mail doesn’t tell you what
denomination the “bishop” represented. —
One photograph allegedly showed a former cabinet minister in a sauna
with a naked boy.
The same campaigner told us this week that he could not speak at length
because the police wanted to interview him.
— Not very helpful to the public but we’re sure arrests resulted from the
information gleaned by London’s finest! —
However, he claimed he knew of 11 boys from Grafton Close Children’s
Home who had been abused at the Elm Guest House.
He added: “Carole Kasir had logbooks, names, times, dates, even pictures
of people who went in and out of Elm Guest House. Her house was raided
in the Eighties.”
“The police say it was done by a local force, but I know it was done by
Special Branch. That evidence — of who visited Elm Guest House — no
longer exists.”
“I’ll leave people to draw their own conclusions, but Carole Kasir was
held without charge for three days, and you don’t do that on a run-of-themill vice raid. There was more to it than that.”
He added: “There were boys found in the home, but they were only ever
interviewed as witnesses to the brothel, never as victims of abuse.” ...
The same allegations were pursued for several years by Mary Moss, a
former colleague of the campaigner at NAYPIC (which is now defunct).

Again, we’re not surprised to read that a child care watchdog “is now
defunct”.
In October last year, the Labour MP Tom Watson alleged in the Commons
that there was evidence of child abuse in senior Tory circles. ~ The

The idea that either the Conservative / Tories on the fraudulent Right or
Labour on the Left “owned” child abuse is, of course, a dodge.
The media under-reports phony Right-wing abuses slightly less than Leftist
crimes. They occasionally dare to parade such stories as proof that anyone with
Right-minded values is a hypocrite. But the danger of exposing the Devil’s
Simulation with such a ploy usually keeps grandstanding to a minimum.
The Elm Guest House in Rocks Lane, Barnes, said to have been frequented
in the Seventies and Eighties by prominent peoples including [“]former[”]
Tory politicians, is at the centre of the investigation.

former MP Cyril Smith was a frequent visitor to the property...

Parliament Cyril Smith didn’t really surface until his death in 2010.

Rochdale.

In the case of “Big Cyril”, police seemed afraid to act because of corruption
and political influence. In Big Cyril’s Rochdale, they were afraid to address
Muslim immigrants trafficking young girls lest they be accused of racism.
Fears that they would be branded racist meant that police and social
services left an Asian paedophile ring free to rape up to 50 white girls, it
was claimed today.
The sex grooming gang plied teenagers with alcohol before abusing them
and could have been stopped two years before their sickening crimes were
finally uncovered in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.
Nine were all jailed for their role in the sexual abuse today, with at least
two due to be deported after serving their prison term.
Former Labour MP for Keighley Ann Cryer said that the authorities
ignored complaints about them because they were “petrified of being
called racist”.
These innocent girls were ultimately “betrayed” and left to live lives of
“untold misery,” because of political correctness, she said.

The massive influx of immigrants and refugees is part of the Luciferian
strategy of tensions, otherwise known as “clash of civilizations”. Therefore the
story is more quickly reported (rather than 20 years after the key criminal’s
death) but only as an ethnic problem.
Playing the game to the hilt, the Mail repeatedly characterized the accused as
“Asian” which is technically correct but colloquially-misleading. This also stirs
British anger, implying a “cover-up”.
All the men are from Pakistan, with one from Afghanistan and two will now
be deported.

a perverse play-thing for Britain’s most powerful, Peter Hatton-Bornshin took
his own life in 2013 on his 28th birthday.
Peter’s story ended the way many of the victims of child sex slave trafficking
do, yet are so seldom recorded or even acknowledged. Those who do manage to
recover physically from their abuse live with permanent mental and emotional
scars.
Peter’s path to pain is the most heavily traveled: left to the care of an
orphanage rather than loving parents, he was quickly targeted.
Peter was only a baby when his father died in an accident. He was
orphaned at 13 when his mother threw herself in front of a train. His
stepfather then handed Peter and his older brother to social services.
And that is how Peter ended up at the Grafton Close Children’s Home,
which was run by Richmond borough council in South-West London.

From Grafton Close, boys were fed to the Elm Guest House.
During a police raid on a property in central London last month, detectives
seized a list of names of high-profile alleged visitors to the Elm Guest
House in Barnes, South-West London — a gay-friendly establishment, and
one where under-age rent boys and children from the Grafton Close home
were reportedly brought to have sex with adult men.
The list includes a number of senior MPs, a high-ranking policeman, a
leading tycoon, figures from the National Front and Sinn Fein, an official
of the Royal Household, an MI5 officer, two pop stars and the traitorous
Soviet spy Anthony Blunt.

Sir Anthony Frederick Blunt (1907 – 1983),
KCVO (Knight Commander of the Victorian Order) was a traitor and a spy. He
began passing information to the Soviet Union in World War II as an operative
of MI5 and continued working for the Communists decades afterward. In 1956,
Queen Elizabeth II (no relation to Protestant Elizabeth I in any way what-soever) awarded Blunt his “Knight Commander” but he was “under suspicion”
before then

“confessed” in a “deal” to give up Soviet secrets which kept him in good
standing, free from prosecution for being an enemy of the British people. He
went to his grave a “Knight Commander of the Victorian Order” — and a
“paedophile” who raped little boys at the Elm Guest House. Perhaps the
emblem of his “Knighthood” explains why: multiple Maltese Crosses turned into
a gnostic sunburst.
Another catch by Dover Customs was “children’s home consultant” Peter
Righton. As usual, it was more “catch and release” than “catch”.
In September 1992, Righton pleaded guilty to three charges of importing or
possessing obscene material — paedophile gay porn — after customs
officers at Dover intercepted two packages addressed to him.

Righton, then aged 66, was no ordinary child sex offender. He had been
a very senior and respected figure in the field of residential child care, and
a former consultant to the charity the National Children’s Bureau, whose
patrons included the then Health Minister, Virginia Bottomley.
After his conviction, it emerged that Righton was a founder member of the
Paedophile Information Exchange — a contact group for men interested in
sex with children. He is now believed to be dead.

Carole and Harry Kasir, the owners of the Elm Guest House were fined

for “running a disorderly house”. They were found not guilty of living off
immoral earnings and having obscene films.
Five years later Carole told child protection officers that children from the
council-run Grafton Close Children’s Home had been supplied to the
brothel. She provided names of people who had frequented the guesthouse.
The Liberal MP Cyril Smith, now dead, has been widely alleged to have
abused children from Grafton Close at The Elm.
At an inquest into her death in 1990, members of The National Association
of Young People in Care said that Kasir had lived in fear of her life since
the hotel was exposed. Christopher Fay said: “The reasons for her death
are all tied up in this child pornography ring at the hotel.”

all the top people who had been involved in the ring at the hotel.”

Police refusal to act against accusations of criminal child abuse at Grafton
and Elm wasn’t for lack of probable cause.
In 1981, young Vishal Mehrotra was kidnapped off the streets of London.
His father, Vishambar Mehrotra, received an anonymous phone call from a male
prostitute (which he recorded) telling him that his son had been taken to the Elm
Guest House for abuse.
He told The Telegraph:
“I was contacted by a young man who seemed to
be in his 20s. He told me he believed Vishal may have been taken by
paedophiles in the Elm Guest House near Barnes Common.”
“He said there were very highly placed people there. He talked about
judges and politicians who were abusing little boys.” Mr. Mehrotra, a
solicitor who was a JP at Wimbledon magistrates’ court until retiring in
2006, claims the man said he had already informed police about activities
at the guesthouse, but had received no response.
He added: “I recorded the whole 15-minute conversation and took it to
police. But instead of investigating it, they just pooh-poohed it and I never
heard anything about the tape again. The whole thing went cold.”
“At that time I trusted the police. But when nothing happened, I became
confused and concerned.”
“Now it is clear to me that there has been a huge cover up. There is no
doubt in my mind.”
In February 1982, part of Vishal’s skeleton

West Sussex. There was no trace of his legs, pelvis or lower spine, nor of
his outer clothes, his sleeveless vest or his Superman underpants.

Martin Allen, 15, missing since Guy Fawkes Night, 1979, whose body has
never been discovered. The son of the chauffeur to the Australian High
Commissioner, he was last seen waving goodbye to a school friend at

Scotland Yard launched Operation Fairbank two years ago to look into
suggestions that high profile political figures had been involved.
Officers have set up a new strand of the inquiry, Operation Midland, after
being passed information about the three alleged murders.
The allegations emerged when a man in his 40s came forward claiming to
have been one of around 15 boys who were abused by a powerful
paedophile network 30 years ago.

Forty years ago, the manager of the Grafton Close children’s home in
Hanworth — the facility that fed young boys to powerful homosexuals and
deviants frequenting the Elm Guest House — was John Stingemore.
Stingemore went to his grave without ever being prosecuted for raping and
pimping the boys in his care — but it was a close call.
Mr. Stingemore was due to be on trial as well but was found dead at his
home in St. Leonards-on-Sea on January 14 [2015]. ~ Your Local

However, Stingemore’s “friend”, Roman Catholic Priest Tony McSweeney
was forced to address complaints that he had frequented Grafton Close to abuse
the boys there.
Opening the trial, prosecutor Sarah Plaschkes QC said: “From the time
before he became a priest, he has had a sexual interest in teenage boys.”
“Over the decades on various occasions, he has taken indecent images of
teenage boys.”
“In 1998 his cleaner found a video in his home. Finally when he was
arrested in 2013, indecent images were found on his laptop.”
“Between 1979 and 1981, the prosecution say, he sexually abused teenage
boys.”
“At that time, he was a close friend of a man called John Stingemore. He
was the officer in charge of Grafton Close, a residential home for
vulnerable children.”
“That gave this defendant the opportunity to sexually abuse teenage boys
who were in care.”

Another public venue Father McSweeney was privileged to abuse children in
was the Boy Scouts. Did he have a “friend” there, too?
Ms. Plaschkes told the court in the 1970s and 1980s, Mr. McSweeney was
involved in the Scout movement.
In the late 1970s at a scout retreat, Mr. McSweeney met a boy who was 15
at the time, and the teenager later helped at a week-long retreat.

The prosecutor, “Ms. Plaschkes”, didn’t see any evidence of a “paedophile”
network outside Stingemore and McSweeney.

Apparently, the “historical” ties between Grafton Close and the Elm Guest
House went unnoticed to the stalwart woman of the “Queen’s Counsel”. With
Stingemore’s timely or, rather “untimely” death, that left Father McSweeney to
“face justice” alone.
He’ll probably continue to do well with public institutions, if the way police
reacted to his house cleaner reporting him in possession of child pornography is
any measure.
The cleaner, Julia Woodyatt, later played one of the videos and saw it was
of two young boys engaged in a sex act so reported it to the police [back in
1998].

For Elm Guest House guests who didn’t have the power the Catholic Church
wields with the British government, other tactics would be needed to shield them
from scrutiny. Given that diplomats and spies were amongst the frequenters, one
of those tactics was the Official Secrets Act.
The Official Secrets Act first became law in the United Kingdom in 1911
and was subsequently updated in 1920, 1939 and fifty years later in 1989. That
final “update” was to remove the “public interest defence”. It was a protection
for whistleblowers that allowed “sensitive” information to be disclosed if the
crime outweighed the advantage received by England’s “enemies” in the public
interest.
Small news venues like the Local Guardian, Sunday People or the now defunct (not surprisingly) government watchdog Exaro attempted to do the job
mainstream media refused to, particularly in regard to child trafficking in general
and the Elm Guest House in specific.
Occasionally, it gets re-reported by slightly bigger papers such as the Mirror.
A former Tory cabinet minister was pictured in a video allegedly featuring
child sex abuse, it has been claimed.
The tape is believed to be among a batch of films seized by customs
officials and handed over to MI5, reports the Sunday People.
No details about it have ever been made public.
But the customs officer who seized the haul is said to have identified the exminister in the footage. ...
A probe by the Sunday People and investigative website Exaro has
uncovered evidence that the cassette was confiscated at Dover in 1982.
A seizure notice shows a customs officer took custody of three 8mm films,
three video cassettes and an order form.
The notice said the items were “seized as liable to forfeiture upon the
grounds that the said goods are indecent or obscene articles”.
Friends of the customs officer, now retired, have confirmed he told them
this week that he recognised the minister in the film but would not say
anything else after his former bosses reminded him he had signed the
Official Secrets Act.
This week the officer was too frightened even to open his front door, and
said he was unwilling and unable to comment.
He said: “I am bound by all these regulations until I die.” ...
The video was seized at Dover’s Eastern Car Terminal along with other
child pornography.
It was being brought into Britain from Amsterdam by Russell Tricker, a
British-born businessman based in the Dutch capital. He was held for two
hours and officials confiscated the tape.
The customs officer then passed the case over to senior managers at
Customs and Excise – since reorganised as part of HM Revenue and
Customs.
They took no further action against Mr. Tricker, and are understood to
have passed the tape to MI5.

In heart of London is the Borough of Lambeth. Lambeth was home to the
Shirley Oaks orphanage for “mentally handicapped children”.
It was the perfect location for serial predators to raid and they did so with
such vicious cruelty that it shocked even hardened investigators.
Living survivors say their memories of abuse go back to the 1950’s but
corruption kept the scandal under wraps until just last year (2016).
Eventually, victims found a louder voice in numbers and they banded
together to form the “Shirley Oaks Survivors Association” (SOSA). It was their
unified complaints that forced an official response. Unwilling to wait for the
Metropolitan London Police investigation (“Operation Middleton”), Raymond
Stevenson of SOSA provided the combined Metro / Lambeth Council
investigation with a 130-page preliminary report.
In it, he called the abuse at Shirley Oaks
“industrial scale”. Stevenson was able to verify seven hundred children raped,
tortured and some murdered by the criminal Elite who were carefully protected
by Scotland Yard; that’s because some of the pedophiles were cops.
In fact, some children were brought to a special government-operated
dungeon where they were tortured Inquisition-style.
Senior council officials apparently violently raped and abused women and
children in a London council basement during the 1990s, an explosive new
report has revealed.
Until now allegations of a paedophile ring operating at Lambeth Council
have never been made public.
According to a report, obtained exclusively by Sky News, council figures
used the basement of Lambeth’s housing headquarters to carry out the
horrific abuse on women, children and even animals “without fear of
interruption by other staff”.
Among the allegations includes a female member of staff who described
being raped “of horrendous proportions” — suffering serious injuries still
one month afterwards. The broadcaster also reported she was raped
alongside children and animals by senior members of the council.
Three male employees, including one in a senior position, were suspended
from their jobs in the housing department in light of the findings following
an internal investigation. But they were removed on grounds of breaching
the authority’s “equal opportunities policy”. No criminal investigation
was launched at the time despite the claims in the report.
But now the Metropolitan Police are investigating the abuse allegations
and the 1993 murder case of Lambeth Council’s housing manager Bulic
Forsythe under Operation Trinity — linking it to the Westminster
paedophile ring that involves high profile politicians and MPs during the

Forsythe made the mistake of telling people he had seen terrible things and
he was drumming up the courage to make it right.
A council official was murdered days after he vowed to expose “horrible”
people linked to a VIP paedophile ring, a witness has claimed.
Detectives are investigating claims Bulic Forsythe was silenced by a
children’s home vice ring said to have included a future minister in Tony
Blair’s government.
A friend of Bulic, traced by the Mirror, said the social services manager at
Lambeth council in south London confided in him shortly before he was
murdered 22 years ago last month.
The witness claimed: “I will never forget one evening in the pub when he
told me and my wife: “There are some people in Lambeth Council who are
doing really horrible, disgusting things and I am going to expose them. I
won’t let them get away with it.”
“I was nervous when he was telling me all of this. I could feel by the
anxious, determined emotion in his voice just how serious the situation
was.”
“I will never forget the look on his face when he was telling me this. He
was seriously disgusted and disturbed by what he knew and was
determined to see that justice was served. Several days later, he was
murdered.”
The witness, a former paralegal, said he contacted the police with the
information at the time. He claimed: “It was a very short conversation
with no interest expressed by the police and no one ever called me back.” ~

In an interview with the press, Lambeth Council Administration Manager
Mike Waller would say—

over-zealous, in fact his bark was much worse than his bite.

The recently set-up Shirley Oaks Survivors Group believes that is a severe
underestimate. The group already has more than 600 members. Many of
the survivors do not trust the police and are undecided about whether they

councils were occasionally unlucky enough to employ predatory
paedophiles. Lambeth was unlucky time and again, over 20 years, in
several children’s homes. Was that just negligence? Or was something
else at play?
One man — Michael John Carroll — will be central to the investigation.
Goddard says she will examine “the involvement of Michael Carroll in the
sexual abuse of children in the care of the council; his recruitment and
continued employment by the council; and the circumstances surrounding
his application to foster a child and the council’s subsequent account to the
Clough Inquiry”.
Carroll is better known by his second name, John. He was employed by
Lambeth in 1978, became manager of the Angell Road home in 1981, and
continued to run the home in Brixton until he was sacked for fiddling his
expenses in late 1991.
To begin with, Carroll was considered an exemplary manager who ran a
model home. But he had a reputation as a bully to other staff — and as a
disciplinarian with the children in his care, who were as young as three.
Lambeth knew Carroll was a problem long before he was eventually
dismissed. In 1986, it discovered something that should have excluded him
from working with children. Carroll already had a conviction for child
abuse — which he hadn’t disclosed when he had applied for a job in
Lambeth. But the conviction, and his failure to disclose it, did not lead to
his dismissal.

“Unlucky”, indeed.
Not to question the fine journalism at the BBC, but all of the spin seems to
have caused a misunderstanding. Michael John Carroll wasn’t convicted of
“disciplinary child abuse”. He was convicted of sexually assaulting a child all
the way back in 1966.

He was a particularly diseased and heinous child predator. Children came
into the care of his government orphanages, desperate for love and that is what
he exploited to rape them or offer them to his depraved high-profile clientele.
Despite the fear and distrust of corrupt cops, another witness did come
forward.
The retired social services boss told detectives how the politician suspected
of child abuse would spend evenings with the convicted paedophile who
ran the home.
The witness said the man would arrive alone and then join Michael Carroll
in an annex where the beast is known to have attacked a string of
youngsters.
She said Carroll and the public figure would take young boys to the top floor flat in Angell Road children’s home in Brixton, South London.
She said: “John would sometimes come down and select one of the boys to
go up to the flat. He would say, ‘Uncle John wants to talk to you’ and the
child would go up holding his hand.”
Official documents reveal one of Carroll’s alleged victims told detectives
16 years ago that a group of paedophiles attacked children in the flat.
Carroll was the only person convicted of abuse linked to the home, despite
a number of children claiming they were attacked by other men there.
The witness accused Scotland Yard of covering up the alleged abuse after
she originally gave evidence to then-detective inspector Clive Driscoll in
1998.
She said the Metropolitan Police failed to follow up on her evidence after
they removed Mr. Driscoll from the investigation.
Detectives from the Met’s Child Abuse Investigation Command have now
taken statements from her, after she was tracked down during a 16-month
Mirror investigation.
She said she saw the politician at the children’s home about four times in a
three-month period while she was a trainee there in the early 1980s.
She said: “It was always in the evenings, between about half six and eight.
He would see John and then disappear upstairs with John to his private
flat. He would always arrive by himself.”
She said none of the staff would speak up when Carroll returned to select a
boy.
She said: “The first time I saw it I asked a staff member what was going on
and she told me John was doing ‘direct work’.” This meant working one to-one with children addressing issues including sexual abuse. Convicted
paedophile Carroll claimed to be an expert on counselling abused children.
The witness said: “There were a group of John’s favourite boys who would
go up to the flat. All were aged between about six and 10 and very
vulnerable. They all had the same look – like they craved love and
affection.”
She said the politician was one of several men who visited the home
including a police officer and social workers from other parts of Lambeth.
The Mirror knows the identity of three of the others. All their names have

The Mirror has the names of the high-profile “paedophiles” but they’re not
giving them up; legal protections, don’t you know!
An alleged female victim of Carroll told detectives in 1998 that a
paedophile ring abused boys in the Angell Road annex, known to staff and
children as “John’s room”.
The girl told detectives she was violently sexually assaulted by Carroll,
referred to as MJC in an official document seen by the Mirror. ...
The witness said she saw the minister on two further occasions, once with a
social worker and the police officer. She told managers she suspected
abuse. She said: “I was told John was a law unto himself and was
protected by someone higher up.”

The name “Carroll” in general and “John Carroll” in specific should
immediately make Americans wary.
The Carroll family was the power behind the American Revolution for the
Papacy.
The Carrolls were thoroughly invested in the American Revolution. Cousin
Charles Carroll signed the Declaration of Independence and Daniel was
one of only two Catholics to sign the Constitution and one of only 5 men to
have signed both Constitution and the Articles of Confederation.

Westminster was no stranger to grisly crimes against women and children in
1974. Two hundred years prior, a visiting American diplomat was doing his
share in Clapham.
Workmen have dug up the remains of ten bodies hidden beneath the former
London home of Benjamin Franklin, the founding father of American
independence.
The remains of four adults and six children were discovered during the
£1.9 million restoration of Franklin’s home at 36 Craven Street, close to
Trafalgar Square. Researchers believe that there could be more bodies
buried beneath the basement kitchens.
Initial estimates are that the bones are about 200 years old and were
buried at the time Franklin was living in the house, which was his home
from 1757 to 1762, and from 1764 to 1775. Most of the bones show signs
of having been dissected, sawn or cut. One skull has been drilled with
several holes. Paul Knapman, the Westminster Coroner, said yesterday: “I
cannot totally discount the possibility of a crime. There is still a possibility
that I may have to hold an inquest.”
The principal suspect in the mystery is William Hewson, like Franklin a
Fellow of the Royal Society, and the husband of Polly Stevenson, the
daughter of Franklin’s landlady, Mary Stevenson. ~ The Sunday Times

“Bawdy Ben Franklin” was a well-known “lady’s man” which is whitewash
code for “Member of the Devil’s Simulation in Good Standing.”
Not only was Franklin a Master Grand Mason,
[616] but he also enjoyed the
night life in London with the Hellfire Club.
The Hellfire Club was founded by Sir Francis Dashwood. It has been spun
as a mockery of religion. Dashwood had personal experience by visiting several
seminaries and convents throughout Europe.
The Hellfire Club was the popular name for an exclusive English club that
met irregularly from 1746 to around 1763, run by Sir Francis Dashwood.
During the time of the club’s operation, they were commonly thought to
hold notorious, orgiastic and Satanic meetings at Medmenham Abbey,
beside the Thames and later at West Wycombe Caves.
The term was not invented by the 1750 club; they first met to celebrate an
earlier club founded in 1720 by Charles Edward. Other clubs using the
name were set up throughout the 18th century.
The club was founded by Sir Francis Dashwood after he returned from his
Grand Tour of Europe. According to the 1779 book Nocturnal Revels, on
the Grand Tour he had visited various religious seminaries...
At the first gathering in May 1746, they met at the George and Vulture
public house in Lombard Street, London, the meeting place of the 1720s
group. The initial membership was limited to twelve but it soon increased.
Of the original twelve, seven have been almost certainly identified:
Dashwood, Robert Vansittart, William Hogarth, Thomas Potter, Francis
Duffield, Edward Thompson, and Paul Whitehead. Though not a member,
Benjamin Franklin occasionally attended the club’s meetings. The later
membership is potentially immense, including John Wilkes and John
Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich.
They did not call themselves the Hellfire Club, but used a number of
mockingly religious titles, initially the Brotherhood of St. Francis of
Wycombe. Other titles used included the Order of Knights of West
Wycombe and later the Monks of Medmenham. The members called each
other brothers and referred to Dashwood as abbot; female guests were
nuns. Unlike the more determined Satanists of the 1720s the club motto
was Fay ce que vouldras (Do what thou wilt) from François Rabelais, later
used by Aleister Crowley. Although indulging in pseudo-Satanic rites the
“monks” were keener devotaries of Bacchus and Venus. ~ Wikipedia

In light of all the other material in these pages, we know that Dashwood and
Franklin weren’t mocking “religion”; they were partaking in it.
The net cast by Metro Police was thrown after all the sharks were long gone
but the Devil’s Simulation did allow a few lingering piranhas to get caught.
The background behind one of them confirms for us who really benefited
from the children given away at the “public” London orphanages.
Philip Temple, 66, admitted seven charges committed in the 1970s when he
appeared at Woolwich Crown Court.
He pleaded to 20 similar charges and two of perjury at Croydon Crown
Court in April.
In all, he admitted abusing 12 boys and one girl while working in south
London care homes and a north London church.
He also admitted lying on oath in the 1990s when he was cleared of child
sex abuse charges following accusations by a teenage boy from his church.
* In the 1970s, Temple worked as a social worker at three south
London children’s home. He abused children in each of the homes
but gained successive promotions.
* Eventually made a “housefather” of Rowan House in the Shirley
Oaks complex near Croydon.
* Suspended in 1977 after allegations of sexual offending were made.
* Became a monk in the Roman Catholic Church in 1981.
* Ordained a priest in 1987 based at Christ the King Monastery in
Cockfosters, north London.
* Faced trials in 1998 and 1999 after a teenage boy from the church
accused him of sexual abuse.
* The first trial ended without a verdict and the second with an
acquittal.
* Following the trial in 1999, the diocese [“]wanted[”] to have Temple
removed. His order set up an internal commission of inquiry.
* In 2002 the diocese was reassured by the order Temple was not in
the UK and would not be returning. ~ BBC

Allow us to read between the lines for the BBC, whose bold headline reads
Ex-Catholic Priest Admits Seven Charges Of Child Sex Abuse yet nowhere in
the piece do we read of Brother Philip Temple being laicized.
* Philip Temple was a vicious “paedophile” who raped and abused children
as a social worker.
* He was repeatedly promoted and given more and more access to
vulnerable young children.
* As a vicious “paedophile” he made his way to the Lambeth orphanages
and was granted access.
* At the height of his career of crime against the innocent, he became a
Catholic priest. It was a calculated decision to grant him more access to
children. Both the aptly-named Temple and “the Church” were happy with
the arrangement.
* He continued to rape and abuse children for years more.
* Like his “paedophile” priest peers, he was moved all across Europe to
insure his anonymity and increase the reach of his predation.
* After a full career of 4 decades, he was finally reigned in.
As Kiddist Forsythe, the daughter of the brutally-murdered whistle-blowing
Housing Manager Bulic Forsythe, described upon reading Raymond Stevenson’s
SOSA report; London’s Elite bringing women, children and animals to torture,
rape and murder into a specially-configured dungeon in a government building
shocks the senses.
With almost no-one being prosecuted or punished for the unbelievable
crimes and the victims doing the Metro’s job for them, the Lambeth Council had
the Lord Mayor of London write the biggest check of its kind.
Lambeth council is to pay tens of millions of pounds in compensation to
children abused in its care homes, after a report by survivors of the Shirley
Oaks home in the borough detailed systematic abuse by 60 paedophiles
against thousands of young people.
The payouts, which are understood to total around £40m, are likely to far
exceed the average payments of around £13,000 awarded in court to abuse
victims. Lambeth’s decision to accept liability and set up what it said was
a “far reaching redress system” is being seen as a radical blueprint for
other institutions to follow when sexual and physical abuse on such a
systematic scale is uncovered.
The report by the Shirley Oaks Survivors Association (SOSA), which
interviewed 400 former residents of the children’s home, identifies 27
suspected paedophiles by name, and gives details of 60 who have had
multiple allegations of abuse made against them. ~ The Guardian

Apparently, the irony of British citizens paying hush money through the nose
to placate the survivors of the malignant Pedocracy aimed against them was lost
