“Satanic Panic” 

July 1984: A three year-old girl is brought to the emergency room with a lacerated vagina. When asked what happened, she said that workers at her West Point military day care center hurt her. 

No arrests were made. 

Soon, complaints from other parents about their children followed. There were both physical and psychological injuries that they had received under Army care. Yet, by October, there still was no effort by the military or local law enforcement to set things right. 

No one has been arrested in the two- month-old inquiry into charges that at least 2 and as many as 11 children at the West Point Child Development Center may have been abused. ~ New York Times [687] 

Once again, parents were forced to look at civil redress for the unbelievably heinous crimes committed against their children — children of men in the service of their country. 

A Newburgh lawyer, William E. Crain, said yesterday that seven families had contacted him with allegations that their children had been abused at the center. Besides these seven children, he said, child and adult witnesses had provided him with accounts that at least four other children had been abused there. 

Six of these 11 children were alleged to have been sexually abused, three were subjected to “excessive corporal punishment” and two were said to have been burned, bruised or otherwise physically abused, Mr. Crain said. 

Mr. Crain said the children range in age from 13 months to 3 1/2 years, and that much of the evidence of abuse is physical. He said some of the allegations were based on interviews with children, two of whom made statements that were videotaped by a hidden camera. 

Last week, Mr. Crain asked a Federal Court in Manhattan to let him take sworn statements from suspects and supervisors at the center and an F.B.I. agent in the case. He said families of the abused children had turned to him after their complaints had been rebuffed by the center and by Army and F.B.I. officials, who told them the two suspended aides had passed lie detector tests. [688] 

Except, in the case of military day care outrages, it was a double injustice: the monsters who committed the crimes against the children of service members weren’t prosecuted and the taxpayers footed the bill for the “hush money”. 

Seven years have passed since she was sexually abused at West Point’s child-care center. Yet today, the 10-year-old girl can’t go to the bathroom without her mother waiting by the door. 

The girl – who was 3 when West Point child-care workers were accused of sexually abusing her and 10 other children in 1984 – also asks her mother about whether she will be able to bear children when she grows up. 

“This happened seven years ago, and it’s not any better,” the girl’s mother said. “She’s constantly asking, ‘What if we’re out in the store, Mommy, and we see these people? Are they going to hurt me?’ ... But this is constantly on her mind because she knows these people are not in jail for what they did.” 

In the U.S. District Court files in Manhattan, the West Point sexual abuse case is resolved. The government failed in 1985 to indict any suspects in its criminal investigation. But last month, it settled a civil suit brought by the parents of the 11 victims. Nine of the victims will receive $2.7 million, with awards ranging from $25,000 to $625,000. ~ Times Herald Record [689] 

However, it wasn’t enough to buy back the innocence of the abused children. 

“These people stole our children,” the mother said. “(She’s) nothing like she used to be. She’s a very angry little girl. She doesn’t trust anyone. She’s nothing like she was before this happened.” 

“It’s never going to be over for them, or for us.” ... 

The Army’s reaction to the parents’ plight so enraged former Army Dr. Walter R. Grote that the ex-captain refused a promotion to major in 1985 because of the treatment of his child’s sexual abuse case at West Point. He was one of the first parents to file the lawsuit, but later dropped out of seeking money from the case. 

“Unfortunately, money can’t ... undo the trauma incurred by scores of children at West Point ... because people with responsibility didn’t exercise that responsibility,” said Grote, now in private practice in New Jersey. “What the hell is a settlement? ... They could have caught these people doing it at the time that they were doing it.” ... 

The mother of the 10-year-old said the settlement will pay her daughter’s college bills. But the mother said she would have preferred the government kept its money and punished the abusers. 

Without the prosecution, West Point has retained its polished national image, she said. Even last month, the government admitted none of the allegations in making the settlement, a reminder of what parents say was West Point’s callous denial. [690] 

The purpose of these crimes was to defile the innocent for Satan in any way possible and that included both physical and psychological torture. When what happened to the children wasn’t enough, animals were brought in and harmed in front of the toddlers. [691] 

The parents had a clue that they missed completely; by “coincidence” the building number of the West Point daycare facility was “666”. 

The incidents unfolded against a backdrop of satanic acts, animal sacrifices and cult-like behavior among the abusers, whose activities extended beyond the U.S. Military Academy borders to Orange County and a military base in San Francisco, parents charged. 

The specter of satanism would later spur U.S. Military Academy officials to change the West Point child-care center’s building number from 666 to 673. [692] 

Were these children being specifically targeted because they belonged to service personnel? The rash of shocking, similar accusations across the country proved such was the case. 

The Presidio in California has long been important to Rome as far back as its colonial Spanish Catholic founding. 

Mikhail Gorbachev oversaw the destruction of the USSR which critically weakened Russia. Gorbachev ran to a surprising source for safe haven: George H.W. Bush. Bush turned over the military base at the Presidio in California to the former Communist and it became a base of operations for Gorbachev’s continued subversive efforts under the guise of “environmentalism”. 

It is a place of special significance to Rome. ... 

The Presidio has been the reward of other Congressional Catholic Communist faithful like Pennsylvania Democrat Congressman John Murtha (ensconced in power until carried out in a pine box 972 ) and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. ... 

Satan’s Army 

A man who figures prominently in [purported CIA mind control sex slave victim] Cathy O’Brien’s mind control narrative is Michael Aquino. 

There is no Wikipedia entry for “Michael A. Aquino”. 1447 ... 

“Truther” blogs around the internet will alternatively label him as “Lieutenant Colonel” Aquino or “General” Aquino of the United States Army Reserve and sometimes as a “Green Beret”. This is probably an exaggeration based upon Aquino’s work in Special Operations and not the Special Forces. 

Aquino received a commission in the United States Army [Reserve] and did time in “Psychological Operations” during the Vietnam war as an administrator. 

In 1980, while at the Catholic/Army fortress retreat of the Presidio, Aquino wrote a short paper for his boss titled From PSYOP to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory. 

His superior was then Colonel Paul E. Vallely, darling of today’s Conservative Christian movement and frequent contributor to Fox News. ... 

Aquino would show up 6 years later in 1988 as one of the accused in a scandal centered on a Presidio daycare center where as many as 60 toddlers claimed to have been molested in sado / satanic sex rituals. 

Although this was spun as “hysteria” based upon the over-active imagination of the children, the NY Times reported that at least 4 of the little girls (who hadn’t even been through puberty) were diagnosed with the sexually-transmitted disease chlamydia. 1450 

This was on the heels of another Army scandal where parents had been shocked to learn that their children from 3 years old down to three months old had been sexually assaulted on the other side of the country in a West Point daycare facility. Even more upsetting to the parents; officers, administrators and commanders at West Point were all claiming they bore no responsibility for the outrage 1451 . United States Attorney Rudolph Giuliani was the man entrusted by the Elite to make it go away. ~ Illuminati Unmasked [693]

The Mayor of Sin City 

The future crossdressing Mayor of New York City [xcvi] was richly rewarded for his loyalty to the Devil’s Simulation. 

Despite 950 interviews by 60 FBI agents assigned to the investigation, an investigation led by former U.S. Attorney Rudolph Giuliani produced no federal grand jury indictments. The investigation did find “significant indications that children may have been abused” at the center. 

Until now, no official reports or investigations have verified the sexual abuse. 

The Times Herald-Record, however, has learned that a still-secret, independent report – prepared by one of the nation’s top experts on child sexual abuse – confirms the children’s accusations of abuse. The report also played a vital role in ending the seven-year legal ordeal and in enabling the case to be settled without the children undergoing potentially hostile questioning on the witness stand, said U.S. District Judge Whitman Knapp, who heard the civil case. [694] 

It wasn’t the first nor the last time Rudy Giuliani put large effort into covering for child predators. 

Giuliani employs his childhood friend Monsignor Alan Placa as a consultant at Giuliani Partners despite a 2003 Suffolk County, N.Y., grand jury report that accuses Placa of sexually abusing children, as well as helping cover up the sexual abuse of children by other priests. Placa, who was part of a three-person team that handled allegations of abuse by clergy for the Diocese of Rockville Centre, is referred to as Priest F in the grand jury report. The report summarizes the testimony of multiple alleged victims of Priest F, and then notes, “Ironically, Priest F would later become instrumental in the development of Diocesan policy in response to allegations of sexual abuse of children by priests.” ~ Salon [695] 

Not that Placa really needed his friend’s support; as with all other child rapists in clerical robes, the Vatican continued to keep him on the roles. 

Five years after he was suspended from his duties because of the abuse allegations, Placa is currently listed as “priest in residence” at St. Aloysius Church in Great Neck, N.Y., where close friend Brendan Riordan serves as pastor, and officially lives at the rectory there with Riordan. In addition, Placa co-owns a penthouse apartment in Manhattan with Riordan, the latest in a half-dozen properties the two men have owned in common at various times since the late 1980s. 

Placa has worked for Giuliani Partners since 2002. As of June 2007, he remains on the payroll. “He is currently employed here,” Giuliani spokeswoman Sunny Mindel confirmed to Salon, adding that Giuliani “believes Alan has been unjustly accused.” Mindel declined to discuss what role Placa plays with the consulting firm, or how much he is paid. Says Richard Tollner, who testified before the grand jury that Placa had molested him, “[Giuliani] has to speak up for himself and explain himself. If he doesn’t, people shouldn’t vote for him.” Adds Anne Barrett Doyle, co-director of Bishop Accountability.org, which tracks suspected priest abuse, “I think Rudy Giuliani has to account for his friendship with a credibly accused child molester.” ... [696] 

In fact, Giuliani is so close to the pedophile priest, one wonders if there are any limits to the relationship — 

He was the best man at Giuliani’s first marriage in 1968 to his second cousin, Regina Peruggi, then helped Giuliani get an annulment in 1982 — over Regina’s protests — so he could marry his second wife, Donna Hanover. Placa officiated at the wedding of Hanover and Giuliani in 1984. In September 2002, while suspended by the diocese over the sexual abuse allegations and no longer permitted to perform priestly duties, Placa received special permission to officiate at the funeral of the former mayor’s mother, Helen. He also officiated at the funeral of Giuliani’s father and baptized both of Giuliani’s children. 

During Giuliani’s political rise from U.S. attorney to mayor, when reporters wanted quotes from old friends they would often turn to Placa. A 1985 New York Times story noted that Placa stayed over at Giuliani’s apartment as often as once a week, where the two men would “talk poetry, theology and politics deep into the night.” The monsignor also knew Giuliani well enough to describe his relationship with his father... [697] 

But Placa isn’t just a pedophile priest, he’s a pedophile priest pleader: Placa weaponized his law degree and the Vatican put him to use protecting other pedophile priests. This came in handy for the Archdiocese of Boston. 

In addition to being a priest, Placa had received a law degree, and he first came to work for the diocese as its legal consultant. He was legal counsel to Bishop John McGann, and, starting in 1992, also a member of a three person diocesan team charged with fielding allegations of sexual abuse by priests. 

When a molestation scandal erupted in the Catholic Archdiocese of Boston in early 2002, it spilled over into Long Island. The newly installed bishop, William Murphy, had been the No. 2 official in Boston from 1993 to 2001. He had helped arrange early retirement for the most notorious of the abusive priests, Father John Geoghan. After Geoghan was sentenced to prison for molestation in February 2002, the archdiocese revealed that it had settled 100 civil suits on Geoghan’s behalf... [698] 

Again, not that his help was truly needed as the “secular” American justice system made sure no pedophile priest was punished using dodges like “statutes of limitations”. Even more outrageous was the tactic of examining “Church procedures” as a ruse of secular oversight in the doings of the Catholic hierarchy. Americans would be shocked to see their “public” institutions indistinguishably working with those of the Vatican — no different than the intermingling of “Church and State” in Ireland, Spain or any “overt” Catholic country. [xcvii] 

In Nassau County, the district attorney concluded that the statute of limitations had expired on all reported incidents and stopped investigating. Suffolk County convened a special grand jury to investigate specific allegations of abuse and how the diocese had dealt with them. The jury heard from 97 witnesses over nine months, and uncovered “deception and intimidation” by those diocesan officials who were supposed to be fielding sexual abuse complaints from parishioners. “The evidence before the grand jury,” stated the report, “clearly demonstrates that diocesan officials agreed to engage in conduct that resulted in the prevention, hindrance and delay in the discovery of criminal conduct by priests.” 

None of the diocesan officials or accused priests are cited in the grand jury’s final report by name; the report instead identifies 23 priests by letter, and identifies diocesan officials by the duties they performed. Ultimately, the grand jury determined that “priests working in the Diocese of Rockville Centre committed criminal acts ... These criminal acts included, but were not limited to, Rape, Sodomy, Sexual Abuse, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance.” Because the alleged criminal acts had occurred more than five years ago, however, the statute of limitations meant no charges could be filed against any of the accused. [699] 

It was extremely ironic to those unfamiliar with the Pedocracy that a supposed defender of children would actually be one of their abusers. 

Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota would not confirm to the Long Island newspaper Newsday at the time of the report’s release in February 2003 that Priest F was Alan Placa. Spota would say, however, that “this is a person who was directly involved in the so-called policy of the church to protect children, when in fact he was one of the abusers.” Multiple media outlets have named Placa as Priest F. Placa implicitly acknowledged as much to the New York Times in a Feb. 20, 2003, story, titled “L.I. Monsignor Scorns Jury, Insisting He Is No ‘Monster’,” in which he denied the specific allegations in the report. One of the victims whose testimony is cited in the report has also confirmed to Salon that Placa is Priest F. [700] 

Sadly, the only way a predator priest is stopped is when the child does it themselves. 

The Suffolk County grand jury report, released eight months after Placa’s suspension, includes evidence from three alleged victims. It states that in Priest F’s first assignment, “he appears to have made feeble attempts at abusing a boy who was an alter [sic] server. ... He pulled up a chair next to the boy and put his right hand on his thigh. Slowly his hand began to creep up towards the boy’s genital area. Alarmed, the boy covered his crotch.” 

“After his first assignment,” the report continues, “Priest F was transferred within the Diocese to ... a school. Priest F was cautious, but relentless in his pursuit of victims. He fondled boys over their clothes, usually in his office. Always, his actions were hidden by a poster, newspaper or a book. ... Everyone in the school knew to stay away from Priest F.” 

The report describes two alleged victims complaining to the school’s rector about Priest F, and their “suspicions, later confirmed to be correct,” that the priest was abusing a fourth boy. Eventually, one of the alleged victims told Priest F, in an encounter witnessed by another boy, “Don’t ever fucking touch me again or I’ll kill you.” 

In an interview with Salon, former St. Pius X student Richard Tollner, now 48, confirms that he is one of the alleged victims who testified before the grand jury — the one who allegedly told Priest F “Don’t ever fucking touch me again.” He also confirms that Placa is Priest F. Tollner claims Placa molested him and at least two others, but when he told school authorities at the time, he says nothing happened. “No one contacted my family or me,” Tollner, now 48, recalls. “I told another priest while I was on a retreat and he said he would explore it and he never did.” So far none of the alleged victims besides Tollner has come forward publicly. Placa has denied Tollner’s allegations and has referred to the former St. Pius X student as “troubled.” [701] 

As previously occurred in Catholic households, victimized children were even ostracized by their own devout Roman Catholic parents. 

When one of the victims attempted to report the alleged abuse, “the response I had gotten from my family, from my parents specifically was, that’s impossible ... Priests just don’t do these things. You must be mistaken.” [702] 

Although Rome is usually satisfied with keeping her pedophile priests out of prison, Monsignor Allan Placa received special treatment. He was given a clean bill of health on December 7 th , 2009. [xcviii] 

The Diocese of Rockville Centre announced on Friday that the Catholic Church had found Monsignor Alan Placa not guilty of molesting teenage boys, an allegation that first surfaced in a local grand jury investigation in 2002. The grand jury report concluded that Placa could not be prosecuted criminally because the statute of limitations had expired. 

Victims’ rights groups harshly criticized the Catholic Church’s decision and the process of trying the accused priest. ~ ABC News [703] 

The only outrages that can compete with the Pedocracy are false flags; mass tragedies manufactured by traitors in our own governments for the Hegelian purposes of enslavement and war profiteering. 

Here, too, Rudolph Giuliani was the Vatican’s gatekeeper of choice in New York City on one of the worst false flags in human history: 9/11. 

When Georgetown alum George Tenet (then Director of the CIA) would oversee the most treasonous mass-killing in America on September 11th, 2001, Giuliani was the man in NYC to see it done on his end. ~ Illuminati Unmasked [704] 

Hysterical 

Day-Care Sex-Abuse Hysteria: Wikipedia 

Day-care sex-abuse hysteria was a moral panic that occurred primarily in the 1980s and early 1990s featuring charges against day-care providers of several forms of child abuse, including Satanic ritual abuse. [1][2] A prominent case in Kern County, California first brought the issue of daycare sexual abuse to the forefront of the public awareness, and the issue figured prominently in news coverage for almost a decade. The Kern County case was followed by cases elsewhere in the United States as well as Canada, New Zealand, Brazil, and various European countries. [705] 

“Hysteria” ... “charges” ... repeatedly the corruption of cops and judges is used as proof that heinous crimes never took place; yet the breadth of the “accusations” across states and even countries again proves the systemic nature of the Devil’s Simulation. 

Perhaps the most staggering aspect of the military daycare “hysteria” was that infants and toddlers were the prey of choice, as UPI disclosed about the West Point crimes in October of 1984 — 

The youngest victim was 10 months old, he said, and the oldest was 3 years old. 

No one has been arrested since the charges surfaced in late July. The identities of the teachers, who are civilian employees paid by the U.S. government, have been kept secret. [706] 

An “expert” from the University of Pennsylvania was brought in to assuage the families of victims. 

The expert, Dr. Ann Wolbert Burgess, a professor of psychiatric nursing at the University of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia and the author of the book, “Child Pornography and Sex Rings,” entered the case in 1989. 

She interviewed all the children. She said yesterday that her goal in the case had been to reduce harm to the children because testimony in open court could have triggered symptoms of abuse, prompted by a “resurfacing” of the original incident. 

Knapp said that because Burgess worked for neither the government nor the plaintiffs, but reported directly to the court, her findings carried additional credibility. Neither Burgess nor others would speak about her specific findings. ~ Times Herald Record [707] 

The child abuse “expert” being employed at “public” University of Pennsylvania is no accident. An insider Vatican source has claimed that the Jesuits control the University of Pennsylvania incognito. [708] This becomes extremely helpful when giving a prominent puppet his “secular” education; for instance, Donald John Trump spent 2 years with the Jesuits at Fordham but then transferred to the University of Pennsylvania. His daughter Ivanka has followed exactly in his footsteps, first being trained by the Jesuits at Georgetown, then moving on to U. of Penn. 

One can’t be sure how far back Jesuit control of the “secular” institution goes but the list of alumni is both interesting and telling. [709]

Amongst the U. Penn. alumni is wealthy investment banker Peter Lynch. [710] Lynch also attended Roman Catholic Boston College. His Jesuit-educated wife, Carolyn Hoff-Lynch, was a generous benefactor and Trustee at U. Penn. until her death of leukemia. She was highly-lauded by both Jesuits and “youth organizations” — 

For her leadership and generosity, Ms. [sic] Lynch received numerous honors, including honorary degrees from Emmanuel College and Boston College, the Alexis de Tocqueville Award for Leadership from the United Way, the Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam Award from the Society of Jesus New England Province, the Pedro Arrupe Medal for Excellence in Ministry from the Weston Jesuit School of Theology, the Boys and Girls Club of Boston Partners of Youth Award, the Massachusetts Horticultural Society President’s Choice Award, the Saint Julie Billiart Award of the Sisters of Notre Dame and the Papal Honor of Saint Gregory the Great. [711] 

Because of their great wealth, during Carolyn Lynch’s lifetime and afterward, large portions of Lynch money (good Boston Roman Catholics that the U. Penn. notables were) was directed to “the Church”. 

About the Lynch Foundation 

Mission — The Lynch Foundation primarily supports four areas of giving: education, cultural and historic preservation, health care and wellness, and the religious and educational efforts of the Roman Catholic Church. The Lynch Foundation’s relationship with its grantees is a partnership, with the foundation providing the resources and support needed to help its grantees succeed in the Greater Boston community. [712] 

There are many more examples of “secular” schools that are as intimately tied to the Catholic Church as the Irish, Spanish, Australian, British or American governments. 

The corruption over the child abuse at West Point had both parents and activists beside themselves with anger and frustration. 

As they tried to put together the pieces that used to be the psyches of their innocent toddlers-turned-shattered-pre-teens, government officials sworn to protect them and see justice done — like Federal Prosecutor Rudolph Giuliani — turned their backs. 

After a federal grand jury failed to return indictments, community members joined the parents in calling for another investigation in 1985. 

Joan Benedict walked with parents at a protest in Highland Falls in hopes of inspiring another probe. And she was a member of an Orange County anti-pornography group that sponsored a forum to allow the victims’ parents to speak out in 1986. ... 

Ms. Benedict, a Town of Cornwall resident, started her own crusade [c] to spark the Justice Department to reopen the abuse case. She ended her efforts in 1988 when she was convinced of a federal cover-up after receiving a letter from the U.S. Department of Justice. 

Mary C. Spearing, a special attorney with the Justice Department’s National Obscenity Enforcement Unit, wrote that the case was closed. 

“Unfortunately, no new evidence, revelation or hint of wrongdoing or negligence surfaced during our review,” she wrote. ... 

The monetary settlement, however, did not resolve the parents’ bitterness over what they still maintain was a botched FBI investigation. In fact, court papers filed by parents showed federal investigators not only refused to believe the children, but, in some cases, also criticized some parents for not keeping their children under control in their homes. 

“When the agents came to the house, they did not appear to have a tape recorder and they were not taking notes during the interview,” one parent said in a sworn statement, according to 1984 court papers. “He became annoyed and frustrated and said, ‘It looks like she’s just trying to get attention.’” ... 

Prosecutor Giuliani did not return calls [to the Times Herald Record] last week. In 1987, Giuliani said his detailed investigation showed only one or two children were abused. The federal investigation cleared the center staff members accused by the children. 

The mother of the 10-year-old girl still tries to cope with the abuse’s aftermath. 

“As far as I’m concerned, the government gave them a license to go out and abuse other children,” the mother said. “I have to explain to my daughter these people are still out there.” 

“And she still has nightmares. She’s afraid they’re going to come through the window at night to get her.” [713]

Chapter 20 

“Just A Cog” 

February 1986: Marc Dutroux and his second wife Michelle Martin are arrested for abducting and raping five young girls. The two are turned around through the penal system, given government aid, and set back out upon the unsuspecting Belgian people. 

Belgium is a tiny country bordered by France, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, and the North Sea. The Travel Channel aptly describes it as roughly the size of the State of Maryland [714] and it has remained thoroughly Roman since the empire conquered that part of Europe in 100 B.C. 

As a result, the diminutive Catholic country wields power far beyond its geography. It was a key territory during the overt reign of the Holy Roman Empire and is the locus from which the Vatican engenders its return. 

Belgium is one of the six founding countries of the European Union and hosts the official seats of the European Commission, Council of the European Union, and European Council, as well as a seat of the European Parliament in the country’s capital, Brussels. Belgium is also a founding member of the Eurozone, NATO, OECD and WTO, and a part of the trilateral Benelux Union. Brussels, hosts several of the EU’s official seats as well as the headquarters of many major international organizations such as NATO. [nb 1] Belgium is also a part of the Schengen Area. Belgium is a developed country, with an advanced high-income economy and is categorized as “very high” in the Human Development Index. ~ Wikipedia [715] 

Belgium maintained a massive colony in Africa (over 905,000 square miles) from 1908 to 1960 known as the Belgian Congo. Belgium gave up overt control of her colony in 1960 which immediately resulted in chaos and civil war. Power was finally coalesced under corrupt tyrant Joseph-Désiré Mobutu. Mobutu was educated by the Roman Catholic “Christian Brothers” in Coquilhatville. 

Marc Dutroux was born on November 6th , 1956, in Ixelles, Belgium. His parents, both teachers, had been forced to return from the Congo because of the upheaval. They separated when Dutroux was 4 and he was raised by his mother. As with so many single-parent families, the result was disastrous. Dutroux began a life of crime as a juvenile and quickly built international connections from stealing cars. These would help him when he escalated to trafficking children. 

Dutroux was pulled into the sex trade as a result of his tumultuous upbringing. 

... Dutroux left the care of his mother ... at age 16, worked briefly as a prostitute serving men. ~ Murderpedia [716] 

As a teenage boy “serving men” his psyche was sufficiently warped to birth a monster. 

Neither media nor law enforcement give details of this part of Dutroux’s life. Teenage boys don’t simply decide to “service men” and accomplish as much on their own. Doubtless the sex underworld brought him in and “showed him the ropes”. How much of it was forced upon him remains unknown. 

Dutroux married at 19, fathered two children then divorced his wife in favor of Michelle Martin — a woman he had already begun an adulterous affair with. 

It was Martin who helped Dutroux become a serial rapist. 

They began a spree of kidnapping and raping young girls. It continued until the two were arrested in 1986. 

Three years later, in 1989, Dutroux was finally sentenced to thirteen and a half years in prison. Martin was sentenced to five years. While in prison in the Catholic Socialist country, Dutroux and Martin were able to marry. 

The serial rapist had only served three years in prison when Justice Minister Melchior Wathelet had him released — but not under the guise of “good behavior”. While behind bars, Dutroux had amassed over 30 serious infractions. [717] His own mother wrote the warden to alert authorities about who they had in custody. 

She complained that Mr. Dutroux was using supervised visits to his grandmother’s house to write up an inventory of the elderly woman’s possessions, leaving her anxious and distressed. 

“I have known for a long time and with good cause my eldest’s temperament,” she wrote.

“What I do not know, and what all the people who know him fear, it’s what he has in mind for the future.” 

According to the French newspaper Liberation, the letters went unanswered. ~ BBC [718] 

How was a serial rapist of children getting “supervised” vacations from prison in the first place? 

Shortly after, Belgian authorities gave up any pretense of keeping Dutroux incarcerated and released him completely. 

The official who did so — Melchior H. M. J. F. C. Wathelet — is both a Socialist Politician and a Judge. He teaches Roman Catholics about “justice” and dispenses it within the “European Union”. 

He has degrees in law and in economics (University of Liège) and is a Master of Laws (Harvard University). He is also a professor at the Catholic University of Louvain and the Université de Liège. From 1995 to 2003 he was a Judge at the European Court of Justice. Since October 2012 Wathelet serves as advocate-general at the Court of Justice. ~ Wikipedia [719] 

Somehow, Wathelet has escaped any fallout for unleashing Dutroux upon the Belgian people after he was trained in prison. It was there that Dutroux was instructed on how to build a false room to help hide and shuffle victims. [720] 

Upon his release, a board of government-appointed psychiatrists proscribed him sleeping pills. No reference can be found as to the medicinal reason. 

He was also placed on government benefits which helped him maintain seven different residences that he used like CIA black sites to transport victims from locations where they would be sought after. 

On June 24th , 1995, Julie Lejeune and Mélissa Russo were kidnapped from the municipality of Grâce-Hollogne. Both were only 8 years old. Dutroux was blamed for the kidnapping because the little girls ended up in the cellar of his main residence in Charleroi, an hour away. 

The girls were abused for use in child pornography which instantly bolsters the accusation that Dutroux was just a cog in a much larger pedophile network. 

An accomplice, Michel Lelievre — a drug addict and petty thief — told police soon after his arrest that the girls had been kidnapped to order, for someone else. ~ The Observer [721] 

Brussels businessman and pub-owner Jean-Michel Nihoul was later named as Dutroux facilitator. Nihoul was the buffer between the blunt instrument that did the acts and the Elites who enjoyed the children he procured for them. 

Nihoul was connected to Dutroux by the testimony of Regina Louf, a woman who said her own parents put her into the child sex slave network. 

She told investigators how from the age of 12 she’d been “given” by her parents to a family friend, Tony Van den Bogaert, who’d had a key to their house. He would collect her from school and take her away for weekends to sex parties where she was “given” to other men and secretly filmed having sex with them. “It was highly organised,” she says. “Big business. Blackmail. There was a lot of money involved.” 

In 1996 she related her experiences to a police team under carefully filmed and supervised conditions. She described certain regular clients including judges, one of the country’s most powerful politicians (now dead) and a prominent banker. She gave the police the names by which she knew these men, detailed the houses, apartments and districts where she’d been taken with other children to entertain the guests. 

This “entertainment” was not just sex, she told the police. It involved sadism, torture and even murder, and again she described the places, the victims and the ways they were killed. One of the regular organisers of these parties, she claimed, was the man she knew as “Mich”, Jean Michel Nihoul, “a very cruel man. He abused children in a very sadistic way”, she said. Also there, she said, was the young Dutroux. 

“Dutroux was a boy who brought drugs, cocaine to these parties — he brought some girls, watched girls. At these events Nihoul was a sort of party beast while Dutroux was more on the side.” [722] 

This would’ve been about the time Dutroux was a “male prostitute” — a traumatized teenager turned into a robotic monster and child procurer for gutless monsters above him who didn’t have the stomach to risk themselves in kidnapping. 

But what they did have the stomach for is beyond blood-curdling. 

Journalists Marie-Jeanne Van Heeswyck, Annemie Bulté and Douglas De Coninck managed to gain access to government records regarding the Dutroux investigation. They used that material to write the 1999 book The X-Dossiers, which was quickly made unavailable. 

Regina Louf had been interviewed by Belgium’s paramilitary police force, the Gendarmerie, and given the code name “X1” along with over 20 other purported victims. 

Regina’s accusations are deeply disturbing but no less so than those of Cathy O’Brien or Sue Ford (who wrote under the pen-name “Bryce Taylor”). Both have written books describing what they claimed were their terrible experiences as CIA mind-controlled sex slaves. 

[Profile] “X1”: Born in 1969. Abused and neglected by her parents. When 2 years old, sent to her grandmother in Knokke, who owned a hotel-villa that was used as a brothel for high-level pedophiles and sadists. Pedophile videos were also shot here. Introduced to her pimp, Tony Vandenbogaert, at age 4 who began to take her to other locations for sexual abuse and torture. Sent back to her parents in Gent in June 1979 for a variety of reasons. Extremely neglected by her parents for several months until her old pimp showed up again. For years she was taken to abuse — and torture parties. Managed to hook up with a boy she fell in love with, married, and immediately moved out in 1988, which appears to have saved her from ending up in a snuff movie. Never managed to break away completely from the network. Sometimes when her husband left the house for a few days to work as a truck driver, her pimp and some of his associates would show up and take her with them to locations where children were abused. On these occasions she was raped herself or had to participate in abuse against others. X1 was diagnosed with MPD/DID. [ci] ~ van der Reijden [723] 

One independent source still giving the grizzly details of the Pedocracy in Belgium is Dutch researcher Joël van der Reijden. Doubtless, he and his “Institute for the Study of Globalization and Covert Politics” are allowed to exist because they are obscure and don’t threaten the secret control of the Vatican. Terms like “Illuminati”, “Globalist” and “Deep State” are used by van der Reijden to obscure such details. 

In regard to the naming of powerful Elites involved, van der Reijden uses historical examples to prove the validity of the accusations. 

“Blood countess” Elizabeth Bathory and Gilles de Rais, two historical nobles who together murdered about 1,400 children. De Rais was primarily interested in satisfying his pedophile and homosexual needs, but also loved to watch his victims die slow agonizing deaths. Along with a number of servants, Bathory viciously tortured to death an estimated 650 servant girls. Many victims were beaten to death or literally cut up alive over a period of hours or even weeks. She also practiced cannibalism and sometimes forced girls to strip their own flesh and eat it. Both Bathory and de Rais were interested in the occult. The only reason we know about their crimes is because they eventually angered powerful interests: the church and rival families. If they would have kept to ordinary peasant children, most likely they would never have been put on trial and we never would have had a clue as to what these two did. 

There seem to have been plenty of other nobles who took their frustrations out on servants. Darya Nikolayevna Saltykova (1730-1801), a noblewoman in Russia, admitted to torturing and murdering over 130 of her servants at the time of her arrest at age 32, some of them 11 or 12 years old. 

Throughout history, most kings enjoyed rape, murder and extensive torture, so why should we be surprised? What our modern day elites might be doing is almost a case of honoring the principals of 10,000 years of despotic rule. [724] 

The period of history where Countess Elizabeth Báthory of Hungary conducted her atrocities is key: the late 1500’s, early 1600’s — as the Protest against Rome was going full force. 

Even Wikipedia admits that the “Blood Countess” wasn’t forced to trial by “the church” unless you take the lower-case “c” literally. 

Between 1602 and 1604, after rumours of Báthory’s atrocities had spread through the kingdom, Lutheran minister István Magyari made complaints against her, both publicly and at the court in Vienna. [20] The Hungarian authorities took some time to respond to Magyari’s complaints. Finally, in 1610, King Matthias II assigned György Thurzó, the Palatine of Hungary, to investigate. Thurzó ordered two notaries to collect evidence in March 1610. [21] In 1610 and 1611, the notaries collected testimony from more than 300 witnesses. The trial records include the testimony of the four defendants, as well as thirteen witnesses. Priests, noblemen and commoners were questioned. Witnesses included the castellan and other personnel of Sárvár castle. ... 

Thurzó went to Čachtice Castle after Christmas on 30 December 1610 and caught Báthory in the act. Thurzó arrested Báthory and four of her servants, who were accused of being her accomplices: Dorotya Semtész, Ilona Jó, Katarína Benická, and János Újváry (“Ibis” or Fickó). Thurzó’s men reportedly found one girl dead and one dying and reported that another woman was found wounded while others were locked up. [6] The countess was put under house arrest. [725] 

As with the other monster Elites we’ve examined, she was spared true justice. 

Thurzó debated further proceedings with Elizabeth’s son Paul and two of her sons-in-law. A trial and execution would have caused a public scandal and disgraced a noble and influential family (which at the time ruled Transylvania), and Elizabeth’s considerable property would have been seized by the crown. Thurzó, along with Paul and her two sons-in-law, originally planned for Elizabeth to be spirited away to a nunnery, but as accounts of her murder of the daughters of lesser nobility spread, it was agreed that Elizabeth Báthory should be kept under strict house arrest and that further punishment should be avoided. [28] 

King Matthias urged Thurzó to bring Elizabeth to trial and suggested she be sentenced to death, but Thurzó successfully convinced the king that such an act would adversely affect the nobility. Thurzó’s motivation for such an intervention is debated by scholars. It was decided that Matthias would not have to repay his large debt to Elizabeth. [29][726] 

Instead, the wrath of the public was aimed at her accomplices in Inquisition fashion. 

Three of the defendants, Semtész, Jó, and Ficko, were condemned to death and their sentences carried out immediately. Before being burned at the stake, Semtész and Jó had their fingers ripped off their hands with hot pincers. Ficko, who was deemed less culpable, was beheaded, and his body burned. Benická was sentenced to life imprisonment, since testimony indicated that she was dominated and bullied by the other women. 

Following the trial, a red gallows was erected near the castle to show the public that justice had been done. [727] 

Was it? A gallows was erected yet no bodies hung from it!

The woman behind it all lived on and the initial intent for her destination — a Catholic convent — proved whom she served and why she was protected until a Lutheran minister found the courage to speak up. Realizing that smuggling the monster to a nunnery was too much to swallow for the angry populace, she was placed in solitary confinement where she died years later. 

The Blood Countess was not the last child predator who would escape justice by running to a convent. 

According to accusations of victims like “X2” and “X3”, the Belgian aristocracy was no less vicious (and no-less Catholic). 

The Belgian royal family has been implicated on several occasions. X2 spoke about a girl she had known who had been murdered, and how this girl told her about the domain of Princess Liliane de Rety (“a madwoman”) where children were buried. [197] Liliane was the second wife of King Leopold III (d. 1983) and lived until her death in 2002 at Chateau d’Argenteuil. In 2004, the Delwart family, shareholders of Solvay, bought the domain. [198] 

From personal experience, X2 mentioned having seen Prince Laurent, the brother of Belgium’s present crown prince. Laurent apparently was more interested in masturbating at child abuse orgies than taking part in the actual abuse. [199][728] 

We’ve had many opportunities to list the gory details of what exactly goes on in the Devil’s Simulation. At least one possible testimony is necessary to show the depth of evil ... and to steel the anger of the rising resistance.

X3 implicated Prince Charles (1903-1983), the second son of King Albert I; King Baudouin (1930-1993), the eldest son of King Leopold III; and either King Albert I or II. Unfortunately, X3 spoke about experiences from the 1950s and early 1960s, which meant that none of the other X-Dossier witnesses could confirm aspects of her story. Two of her primary abusers, Paul Vanden Boeynants and Charly De Pauw, had already appeared in the Pinon file of the early 1980s; the same is true for King Albert II. [200] Additionally, part of the details of the abuse described by X3, although recognizable, can be a bit hard swallow (the scale and setting), all making her testimony hard to use without more backup from other witnesses. In X3’s support, however, she was a well-respected person in the support community for abused women and children, and her interviewers refused to write down most of what she said. A few excerpts from a summary written about X3’s testimonies: 

“The car stopped on a parterre before the house. [It] was surrounded by a park. Two supervisors were present: Ralf and Walter. The children were taken to a tower made of natural stone and with a wooden door... an underground [corridor] left from the turret toward the cellars... without light... going downward. In the cellars there were cells where the children were locked up, awaiting their turn. There also were some cells for the dogs (dobermans). The passageway gave way to a room of spectacle. In the tower: dead children’s bodies in various stages of decomposition (sometimes dismembered and/or missing body parts) and carcasses of dogs. Spectators: always the same but difficult to identify — about fifty. She recognized the regent Charles, King Baudouin and King Albert, and two others that she calls Charly [De Pauw] and Polo [Paul Vanden Boeynants]. She thinks to have recognized Willy Claes [later NATO secretary general] and doctor Vanden Eynde. The dogs listen to Ralf and Walter. The addicted dogs are excited. Spectacles — orgies, putting to death children and dogs. The spectacle room has a strong odor of excrements of dogs. Dogs can roam free in the garden... Gilles (12 years old??) was castrated by Polo. The other children have to drink the blood... Girls are slashed with razor blades. The lips of the vagina of X3 have partially been cut and were given to eat to the dogs... A girl’s [large] vulva was cut into slices and fed to the dogs...” 

“Childbirth by a teenager through a caesarean section. Baby pulled out of the stomach and given to the dogs by Polo. She saw the dismembered mother again in the exposition of the dead... She has to eat the human flesh cut from the bodies. She has to eat pieces of children (fingers) served in gelatin. Good taste — slightly sugary. It provoked an enormous sensation of hunger and thirst. Drinking blood relieved the sensation of thirst... She speaks of another murder that she committed on a girl of 3-5 years under the threat that it would be her brother who would be killed. She opened up the girl from the vagina to the breastbone with a knife. She gave the internal organs to the dog. Someone cut off the head. The child was devoured by the dogs... Murder of a young teenage woman who was opened up by Vanden Eynde... The baby shouted in the mother’s stomach. She resewed the stomach with the baby inside...” 

“Luxurious house with a surrounding wall and gate... non illuminated twisting path. There were some stables. Parterre with flowers. Hall of entry — cream-colored and blue tiles — red carpeting. Walls made of marble with a teenage picture of [later king] Baudouin on it. She spent a whole night with Baudouin — fellatio and sodomy. Presence of maid... In this house there were many servants... She remembers one evening when she had been smeared with cream before being brought to the table on a tray. She had been licked off and raped... At the end of another evening a child... had been castrated. The other children that were present buried the boy in a flowerbed. She remembers a child who had been decapitated, then cut and fried before being eaten. She remembers children who hung on hooks in the kitchen. A certain Solange [a female name] has been enucleated [what exactly?] with a spoon by her and an old lady.” [201][729] 

These could be dismissed as the ravings of a perverse mind seeking attention but what “attention” have these purported victims received? 

“X1” (Regina Louf) gives an explanation for these atrocities with a logic far beyond her humble background. 

Underage girls were often exchanged to seal certain illegal deals. The pimps would take pictures during these events. ... 

[X1] Because once you’ve had sex with a child, you are branded... unless all parties keep their mouths shut. ... 

Contracts between the business milieu and the political world contracts between businessmen amongst each other, fraud with subsidies or licenses, setting up fake firms, criminal contracts like arms trade... everything was possible. And it always ended with sex and children... Pictures were taken, in jest, to keep both parties to their contracts... The men were brought to ideas by child pornography movies that were played at parties... The pimps also had another tactic. They invited a person who could be useful to them. They went to dine with him, and took him — after he had been liquored up — to a “party”. Men from the top layer of society are used to visiting or getting offered prostitutes. They usually knew that something like this would follow, and the prostitutes they would see upon entering would be slightly older girls, between 16 [sexually mature in Belgium] and 18 years old. More booze and cocaine would be supplied, for ambience. And only then the “prey” would be taken to a room where a younger girl was waiting, like me, then. I had the assignment to get him into bed with me and if I didn’t succeed in that sanctions would follow. The bed scene was secretly filmed and served for blackmail purposes. Most men probably realized only afterwards in what kind of hornet’s nest they now found themselves, but by then it was far too late... [730]

This also explains the use of unconvicted “businessman” Michel Nihoul as an intermediary. 

Christine Van Hees was 15 or 16 years old when she fell in love with Michel Nihoul. He bought her a number of presents and was very nice to her. After a while Nihoul convinced her, through his psychological games (“you are not a child anymore”; “I gave you so much”; “I’m a grown man and I have certain needs”), to have sex with Regina and later with him. 

After a while “Chrissie” found out about the real Nihoul, not the least through a ritual abuse ceremony in which the stomach of a white bunny was slashed open. During the abuse at this event a snuff movie was played in which a two year old girl was raped, tortured and murdered. 

Christine was murdered in February 1983, soon after the murder of Regina’s child. 

Mieke was murdered in November 1984 in the villa of her grandmother by the same people that killed Christine. [731]

The next two victims arrived into the hands of Dutroux in what could’ve been a scene from the 2008 movie Taken, starring Liam Neeson. 

Neeson is a favorite for an industry that appears to be controlled by Jews. For the native-born Irishman, Catholicism was more a way of life than a religion. Yet, the well-known actor has an unlikely role model. 

Raised Catholic in the town of Ballymena, Northern Ireland, Neeson, 52, spent many of his adolescent Friday nights standing at the back of a small meeting hall near the town’s train station, listening to the hell-fire-and brimstone sermons of radical Protestant politician Rev. Ian Paisley. 

Though Paisley was notoriously anti-Catholic [cii] , Neeson, already mulling a life in the theatre, thrilled to the spectacle. 

“He was just an extraordinary preacher. I just loved his style of oratory,” Neeson recalls. ... 

“I didn’t believe any of the stuff Paisley was spouting forth about, I just admired his presence, his knowledge of the Bible, the way he intimidated anybody in the room,” he says. ... 

But here’s what’s especially noteworthy. In spite of Paisley’s poisonous sermons, “I admire the man, you know?” Neeson says, as if amused by the notion. “He’s a Ballymena man, I’m a Ballymena man, you know? I find myself, in some weird way, sticking up for him, despite myself. Even though he can spew unbelievable venom and hate, I kind of admire him.” He pauses to consider this. “Maybe it’s tribal.” 

Perhaps he just didn’t feel targeted by the Reverend’s anti-Catholic rhetoric. For though Neeson spent six years as an altar boy, he never had much use for faith. ... 

“I loved being an altar boy, loved being in a church. Sometimes it was just the priest and myself, basically. Like at 6:30 mass, winter mornings, there would be three old-age pensioners, and that was it. But the preparation of lighting candles, laying out the priest’s vestments and stuff: That whole ritual was pretty profound.” ~ The Globe and Mail [732] 

The “Jews” of Hollywood were well-familiar with Neeson’s fond memories of being an altar boy and he was chosen to play Jesuit priest Father John Fielding in the 1986 movie The Mission. In that movie, reputed Knight of Malta Robert De Niro played Captain Rodrigo Mendoza — an obvious facsimile of the Order’s founder, Ignatius de Loyola. 

Of course Jesuits were happily on hand to guide both the movie and the actors. Why not? “Jesuit Theater” gave birth to the false and almost always poisonous enterprise of “entertainment”. 

As for Neeson, he only took acting seriously when he discovered its spiritual roots. Almost 20 years ago, he was on location in the jungles of Colombia while filming The Mission, the Robert De Niro-Jeremy Irons drama about 18th-century Spanish Jesuits. During some down time in filming, Neeson struck up a fast friendship with Father Daniel Berrigan, a famous anti-war Catholic priest and poet making his feature-film acting debut. “I was having a wee bit of trouble with accepting professional acting,” he recalls. “I still felt that being in these movies was, like, kind of a joke, a chance to have a good time.” 

He confessed his doubts to Father Berrigan, who told him that Saint Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Jesuit movement, had directly influenced Konstantin Stanislavsky, the father of modern acting. [ciii] It seems that Saint Ignatius had devised a set of spiritual exercises that included an exhortation for students to envision themselves within certain biblical scenes — say, as a shepherd witnessing the birth of Jesus. That inspired Stanislavsky’s famous acting exercises, detailed in his book An Actor Prepares, in which actors use their imaginations to place themselves within a character’s so-called “given circumstances.” 

“It was like something went off in my head, these two worlds absolutely coming together, and I had an immediate sort of peace with what I was doing,” Neeson says quietly (he says most things quietly). “For me to discover this in Colombia, with this great Jesuit teacher, man, poet, to hear this little piece of info that I never knew before — it really affected me, and I started really just taking my craft really, really seriously. It just changed something inside me. Rooted me in some way, you know?” [733] 

Neeson was chosen to play the lead in the 2004 film “Kinsey” about the “sexologist” of the same name. Despite the ire of Rome, it was an uncritical whitewash of the criminal personality who did more for sexual chaos in his day than any other. Perhaps that is why the film was quietly boosted by Catholic and Jesuit colleges. 

... Fordham University in New York allowed Hollywood filmmakers and actor Liam Neeson on campus to shoot part of a movie that whitewashes the discredited Kinsey ... 

In May, Fordham even gave Neeson an honorary doctorate of fine arts. For the Jesuits of Fordham to help Hollywood glorify Kinsey, a moral monster and scientific fraud, is nothing less than to repudiate 2,000 years of Catholic moral teaching, not to mention good science. 

It’s no wonder that on October 17-19, 2003, Fordham’s Law School hosted “Lavender Law,” a national meeting of the National Lesbian and Gay Law association and the National Lesbian and Gay Law Foundation, to discuss sodomy laws, homosexual “marriage,” homosexual “rights” in academia, etc. Scheduled speakers included Fordham Law School assistant dean Tom Schoenherr and Fordham law professor Sonia Katyal. ~ Human Events [734] 

In the movie Taken, Neeson’s ex-wife talks the military security expert into allowing his teenage daughter to vacation across Europe — interestingly enough, following the Irish Catholic band “U2” on their tour. 

Such was the case for 19 year-old Eefje Lambrecks and 17 year-old An Marchal. On August 23rd , 1995, they traveled to Blankenberge to see “magician” Roland van den Berg, a Dutch citizen who gave himself the stage name “Rasti Rostelli”. At the show, Eefjie and An were chosen from the audience to be hypnotized. 

Later that night they were subdued. 

They were drugged with sleeping pills and taken to Dutroux’s home to be kept, chained to a bed and naked, in a room above the cellar. 

It is not known for how long they were kept in such conditions. Eefje was repeatedly raped and, in evidence that moved jurors to tears, buried under the earth in Dutroux’s garden while still alive. ~ Telegraph [735] 

What the Telegraph is neglecting to tell you is that these were the same powerful prescription sleeping drugs given to Dutroux upon release from prison by a government medical board. There is no record of Marc Dutroux suffering from an illness requiring such a prescription. The only conclusion one can draw is that he was purposefully released early and given the tools to help him in his trade. When a patsy was needed, he was finally allowed to be arrested and charged only with the victims that could be traced to him. 

How many more did Marc Dutroux procure for Europe’s pedophile Elite? 

Suspected child murderer Marc Dutroux was not working alone but was part of a network, the public prosecutor at his trial in Arlon told the jury on Tuesday. 

Reading out a 56-page statement summing up the events leading up to Dutroux’s 1996 arrest, Royal Procurer Michel Bourlet said Dutroux was not an “isolated predator”. ~ Expatica News [736] 

Of the six girls traced to Dutroux, four were found dead. He adamantly states none of them were killed by his hand. 

The accused child-murderer Marc Dutroux yesterday denied any role in the gruesome death of four young girls, claiming that he was just a low-level cog in a powerful sex-slave ring and mostly acting under orders. ~ Telegraph [737] 

He would go on to claim that the girls he kept he was protecting from the Pedocracy. The media mocked this idea and, on the surface, may not seem out of-bounds to do so [civ] ... unless the testimonies of 20 X-Dossier victims were taken seriously. 

“X1” Regina Louf claimed that she had been impregnated by her abusers and that police officers were part of what they did to her afterward.

1998, Regina Louf, Zwijgen is Voor Daders — De Getuigenis van X1 [Silence is for Perpetrators — The Testimony of X1], p. 133-134: 

“Grandmother was in the kitchen... I told her I was losing water. She said nothing, but looked at my legs and wiped her hands in her skirt. She felt with ice cold fingers in my panties and sent me to the bedroom... I crawled onto the bed, went to lie in the fetal position and sung silently to keep in control of my fears. About an hour later the first contractions started... I didn’t even know how the baby would emerge out of my body, or through where. I felt so incredibly vulnerable and longed desperately to an adult. Then the men came. A baron, pépère, two brothers, a police officer. They watched, forced me on the bed and when a contraction started, pépère forced himself inside me. I was in a complete panic... I squeezed hard in the arms of the baron. He hit me in the face, once, twice, thrice.” 

In PV 118.869 Regina gave the names: 

“When the contractions started her grandmother made a phone call. The Lippens brothers, Vanden Boeynants and the assistant commissioner of Knokke arrived. [Baron] De Bonvoisin and Vander Elst arrived thereafter... Vander Elst puts a knife on her throat while Bonvoisin rapes her... She must masturbate while Vander Elst makes a number of photos. Lippens rapes her with a razor blade. When the child exited de Bonvoisin beat her. Directly after X1 gave birth she was raped and sodomized. Her daughter disappeared six weeks later. She only saw her [daughter] at the factory again (PV 118.872).” [738] 

Dutroux’s claim of “protecting” the girls he kidnapped and raped now can be seen in the twisted logic of a traumatized patsy. 

He would also claim police officers were directly involved. 

Speaking at his trial in the Belgian city of Arlon, Dutroux said that he had abducted 17 year old An Marchal and Eefje Lambreckx, 19, near to the port of Ostende. He said he was helped by sidekick, Michel Lelievere and two men who he later found out were police officers. He did not name the alleged police officers but said that one of them, along with Leievre, had raped one of the girls. ~ Expatica News [739]

In late 1995, Dutroux was arrested for car theft. He spent only four months in jail. 

During that time, the search for missing girls, particularly the two 8 year-olds (Julie Lejeune and Mélissa Russo) was finally directed at one of the Dutroux residences where the cries and screams of girls were said to be heard. 

No-one has ever followed the Dutroux investigation more closely than Gino and Carine Russo, the parents of Melissa. ... 

.. while Dutroux admits incarcerating their daughter in his home, he denies her kidnap, rape or murder. Dutroux even claims he tried in vain to save the girls and that Melissa died in his arms. 

The Russos have lived this nightmare ever since Melissa disappeared with her friend Julie in June 1995. Although Dutroux was a known paedophile, police didn’t search his house for five months, and when they did they failed to find the girls, despite the sound of children in the cellar. 

When a parliamentary commission examined the series of failures in the Dutroux investigation the police officer responsible, René Michaux, claimed it was a genuine mistake, that the entrance to the dungeon was well hidden and that the children’s voices seemed to come from outside. He found a speculum on the floor which he lifted, handled and returned to Dutroux’s wife without forensic analysis. 

They found films which went undeveloped and videos which they didn’t watch. Had they done so, they would have seen Dutroux building the dungeon. Instead Dutroux continued to abduct girls. ~ The Observer [740] 

Julie Lejeune and Mélissa Russo were eventually starved to death. Forensic evidence indicated that they had been continually raped through the period that Dutroux was in prison but authorities refuse to give any indication that they acknowledge more than Marc Dutroux and his then-wife Michele Martin as having been involved in their tragedy. 

Police Officer René Michaux was an accomplice. 

There were no negative repercussions for his actions. 

The idea that he and fellow officers would be privy to clear evidence of kidnapping in the home of a convicted pedophile that went unheeded — such as video of both the construction of the hidden room and sex abuse of victims — is beyond mere “incompetence”. It is willful criminal abetting of the child sex slave trade. The L-shaped “hidden” cell where Dutroux kept the girls was added in to his Charleroi residence basement. Any trained investigator would’ve immediately noticed the layout in the basement didn’t match the over-all shape of the house. 

Two months after his release, in May of 1996, 12-year-old Sabine Dardenne was kidnapped, ostensibly by Dutroux and drug addict accomplice Michel Lelièvre. 

In August of 1996, 14-year-old Laetitia Delhez was kidnapped. 

Both girls were placed in the “hidden cell” in Charleroi. 

Fortunately for the girls, Laetitia Delhez was kidnapped in Neufchateau district. It, apparently, was presided over by a Magistrate intent on doing his job named Jean-Marc Connerotte. 

Connerotte received information from an alert young man that helped him trace a white van possibly used by Dutroux in transporting victims. He quickly had Marc Dutroux and his wife Michele Martin arrested, followed a short time after by “businessman” Michel Nihoul. 

Once arrested, it was Marc Dutroux who lead the Gendarmerie to Sabine and Laetitia. 

During his investigation, Connerotte actively sought testimony from victims (something none of his peers seemed interested in). A key witness that he found credible — despite the stories she told — was “X1” Regina Louf. 

Two months later, Jean-Marc Connerotte was sacked because he had attended a party for Sabine and Laetitia: “conflict of interest”. 

It is interesting that Connerotte’s parents named him after Gospel writer John Mark. 

For many Belgians it was the last straw. Protests erupted nation-wide amongst a populace disgusted with clear corruption in the institutions they believed were entrusted to protect them. They were met by Police water cannons and pepper spray. [741] 

The “factory” Louf said was a locus for abuse of children has roots in the European military / industrial complex. 

PV 116.253, November 30, 1996: “X1 recognizes two places where sacrifices of children have taken place during videotaped parties. ASCO factory. Axory Parcels firm. Sterrebeekstraat in Zaventem.” 

... The factory in PV 118.872, December 18, 1996, is ASCO, the (former) arms company of the Boas family, who are close associates of Paul Vanden Boeynants. A lot of filming was done at this location. [742] 

Although ASCO now claims to be “a world leader in the design and manufacture of high lift devices, complex mechanical assemblies and major functional components for the aerospace industry,” it was, indeed, created by the Boas family to complete military contracts. 

Companies like Bell, Raytheon, Grumman and Lockheed-Martin have been named by victims such as Cathy O’Brien as being deeply involved in the torture and use of sex slaves. 

This comports perfectly with our assertion that war is a needless endeavor inflicted upon an unwitting populace by Elite within the Devil’s Simulation. Where threats do not exist, they are manufactured and enabled. Contractors like ASCO reap the rewards, often via a thoroughly corrupt bidding process. 

But the military / industrial complex is not the top of the Pedocracy pyramid. “X1” Regina Louf was sent to Catholic school where the nuns in administration were fully aware of what was being inflicted upon her. 

In June 1979, Regina was allowed back to her parents in Gent. The reason was that Regina had told a friend, who usually walked home with her until they reached the grandmother’s villa, about the abuse. The parents of this girl then invited Regina to a birthday party where she retold her story. The result was that the girl’s parents, knowing Regina could never know all these details without having experienced them, informed the principal, a nun, of her school. Regina went to the directress and showed the bruises in her neck. The nun told Regina that she was “a fantasizer” and called up her grandmother. According to Regina, during the phone call the nun looked at her with a mischievous twinkle in her eyes, and ended the conversation by saying “I feel sorry for you, such a granddaughter... that must not be easy.” [743] 

In 2010, the former Cardinal Archbishop of Brussels — Godfried Danneels — was debriefed by authorities regarding the child-trafficking and abuse supposedly conducted by “lone pedophile” Marc Dutroux. In the Cardinal’s possession were computer discs with graphic photographs of victims. [744] 

The resulting spin was that the Cardinal was made privy to confidential Police files, but for what purpose? 

At best, it was an example of the power of the Catholic Church, perhaps using an influential member of clergy to insure nothing that was to have been blamed on Marc Dutroux made its way back to the steps of St. Peter’s Basilica. 

At worst, it proved that the ultimate guardian to the Devil’s Simulation is and has always been the Roman Catholic Church. 

In 2012, Marc Dutroux’s ex-wife Michele Martin (unreported as a Catholic) was released from her 2004 prison sentence into the custody of a nunnery. 

Michelle Martin, the ex-wife and accomplice of the notorious Belgian paedophile killer Marc Dutroux has been granted a conditional release from prison to serve the rest of her sentence in a convent. She is expected to enter the sisters of Clare convent within days to serve the rest of her sentence “in prayer”... ~ The Telegraph [745]

Given the power of the Devil’s Simulation, a re-examination of Marc Dutroux is in order. What has been called “The Dutroux Affair” or “The Dutroux Scandal” is as mislabeled as “The Franklin Cover-up”. 

The true monsters were — are — the police, judges, politicians, generals and, most of all, clergy, all feigning horror and disgust. 

The AFP news agency said he told the court how Sabine Dardenne, then 12, and Laetitia Delhez, then 14, had believed Mr. Dutroux’s story that he was protecting them from a gang of men who wanted to murder them. 

When the alleged murderer escorted police to the purpose-built dungeon in his house on 15 August 1996, the girls “didn’t want to come out” and tried to hide, thinking their rescuers were members of the supposed gang, Mr. Connerotte said. 

“They thanked Dutroux. It was absolutely terrible. They kissed him. That shows how much he had conditioned them.” ~ BBC [746]
