Eaters of Children :
The Pedocracy Exposed
by Giovanni Augustino “Johnny” Cirucci
Chapter 21
The Boys Town Cover-Up
14 November 1988: The Federal Bureau of
Investigation, the Internal Revenue Service and the United States National
Credit Union Administration raid the Franklin Federal Credit Union in Omaha,
Nebraska. All records are impounded and the General Manager — Lawrence E.
King — is arrested for embezzlement.
A Federal Credit Union is a government-subsidized bank with a target
clientele, usually minorities or government employees.
On the surface, such a bank appears to be giving “the disadvantaged” a
“helping hand” but the true purpose is to endear large populations to socialized
governmental control.
In 1979, Lawrence King was made Chief Executive Officer of the Franklin
Federal Credit Union, ostensibly to rescue it. At the time, he was a Democrat,
but by the inauguration of the Reagan / Bush administration, King had switched
parties.
As a Republican black businessman, he was highly prized and sang the
national anthem at the 1984 and 1988 Republican national conventions.
King was also a child sex slave trafficker and vicious sadist who had likely
been earmarked for his role from the beginning.
The scandal would later be called “the Franklin Cover-up” based off the
1992 book of the same name. In ultimate “learning against learning” fashion,
the title is, itself, a cover-up designed to distract from the epicenter of the
scandal. That was the Roman Catholic orphanage known as “Boys Town”. The
focus was deflected to be placed on scapegoat Lawrence King and the Franklin
Federal Credit Union.
Boys Town was founded in 1917 by Monsignor Edward Joseph Flanagan
(1886 – 1948). Just as “scientist” Alfred Kinsey sent his pedophile
“researchers” to prey upon America’s children while her men were being
needlessly slaughtered in World War II, Father Flanagan started collecting
orphans during the heat of America’s involvement in World War I.
Boys Town proves the power the Catholic Church has in “Protestant”
America. It is an incorporated municipality, a Catholic diocese and a school
district.
For a humble, “non-profit” religious endeavor of “charity”, Boys Town
handled enormous sums of money. The “sinisterly unaired” documentary on
this subject, Yorkshire Television’s 1994 Conspiracy of Silence stated that Boys
Town had cash reserves of $500 million but also raised up to $35 million
annually. The “tell-all” documentary then explained these staggering 1993
numbers as the work of diligent priests and nuns sending “begging letters” and
pushing “promotional videos”.
If there were “promotional videos” they weren’t anything American families
would consider appropriate.
The New York Times admitted with copious amounts of spin and subterfuge
—
[Monsignor Robert Hupp] assumed leadership in 1973 in the wake of a
crisis after a Pulitzer Prize-winning report in The Omaha Sun that said
Boys Town was amassing much more money than it was spending to take
care of boys.
In 12 years as executive director, Monsignor Hupp responded by spending
money on a new hospital, a new high school, far-flung research into the
problems of youths and a new system of suburban-style houses presided
over by married couples.
The houses replaced traditional dormitories dating back to the days when
Boys Town was thought of as an orphanage.
He also put a positive spin on Boys Town’s aggressive campaigns to raise
money, usually one or two dollars at a time from people who did not have
much to give, arguing that solvency was no sin.
[747]
“Begging letters” and “promotional videos” little explain these vast sums but
trafficking in child sex slaves does.
Perhaps Rome just has good public relations.
After only 20 years of existence, Boys Town would receive the ultimate free
advertising; a project from “Jewish-controlled” Hollywood.
In 1938, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer gave the Catholic orphanage its own big budget film starring Spencer Tracy and Mickey Rooney.
Once the largest, most glamorous, and most revered film studio, MGM was
founded in 1924 when the entertainment entrepreneur Marcus Loew gained
control of Metro Pictures, Goldwyn Pictures, and Louis B. Mayer Pictures.
~ Wikipedia
[748]
The movie Boys Town was nominated for 5 Oscars and Tracy won for “Best
Actor”. MGM Chief of Production Dore Schary (also a Jew) won for “Best
Original Story”.
“User-edited” Wikipedia attempts to explain why Hollywood Jews would put
so much effort into spinning a happy yarn about how well the Catholic Church
takes care of young boys —
Although the story is largely fictional, it is based upon a real man and a
real place. ...
Legendary MGM Studio head Louis B. Mayer, who was a Belorussian-Canadian-American Jew known for his respect for the Catholic Church,
later called this his favorite film of his tenure at MGM.
[749]
If there is one entity above any other which has made the lives of Jews filled
with misery, it is the Roman Catholic Church. In nations where the Church rules
openly like Portugal and Spain, Jews were hounded and forced to convert to
Catholicism. When it was perceived that they weren’t practicing their new
religion with enough zeal and sincerity, many were tortured and killed. Many
more had their possessions confiscated and were forced to leave. They were
even given a special name — marranos. If Jews were tolerated in Catholic
society, it was with the stigma of special accoutrements such as a badge or
armband.
Long before Kristallnacht ever took place, Popes like Lotario dei Conti di
Segni — “Innocent III” — were requiring Jews to identify themselves with
badges or armbands.
[750],[cv] This is, in fact, where “German” Nazis got the idea.
How does one explain the dichotomy between the historic abuse and
persecution the Catholic Church has given Jews and this inexplicable loyalty?
It is proof of the Roman tactic of scapegoating Jews.
To the delight of their
Inquisitors, Catholic power-brokers are able to manipulate their proxies into
willing subservience by dangling positions of power and prominence over them.
Author, Author
The author of The Franklin Cover-up was Nebraska State Senator John
DeCamp.
During the Vietnam War, DeCamp was the aide-de-camp to the CIA Station
Chief in Saigon, William Egan Colby. What got DeCamp his job was the same
qualification that got Colby his — they were both devout Roman Catholics.
DeCamp and Colby worked the American end of the purposeful debacle
known as “Vietnam” to include lawless war crimes committed during the
“Phoenix Project”
[751] such as mass murder as well as trafficking in women,
children and opium.
The Princeton and Columbia-educated Colby was so devout, in fact, he was
known as “the Warrior Priest”.
[752],[cvi]
DeCamp is equally in the Catholic camp; having spent his formative years as
a young teenager at a monastery in Minnesota.
[753] Whether he, too, was abused
is currently unknown although he does claim to have spent time at Boys Town,
as well.
[754]
DeCamp was retained as legal counsel for the Director of Boys Town,
Monsignor Robert Hupp, during the very years in question. [755] On the rare
occasions where DeCamp is cleared to be interviewed by Roman puppets in
“alternative media”, this conflict of interest is left unaddressed.
DeCamp was personally commissioned for his work as an agent of
disinformation and “cover-up” by the Prefect of the Congregation for the
Doctrine of the Faith (what was formerly the Inquisition), Cardinal Joseph
Aloisius Ratzinger. DeCamp would see his friend again, after he became “Pope
Benedict XVI”.
[756]
Although Conspiracy of Silence paints Monsignor Robert Hupp as an
unwitting victim of Lawrence King, the reverse is true. Hupp was fully aware of
what was going on at Boys Town when he became its director in 1973. This
included abuse of boys so severe one sadistic priest ended up murdering his
victim.
[757]
In an act of supreme perversion, President Gerald Ford (a former member of
the Warren Commission) appointed Hupp a U.S. Government representative to
the United Nations for the welfare of children.
[758] The man who helped cover up the broad-daylight slaughter of sitting President John F. Kennedy by the
Vatican-controlled CIA would later appoint another accomplice to become
Director of “Catholics In Action”: George Herbert Walker Bush.
After victims were given to Lawrence King from Boys Town (girls were
added to the orphanage in 1979) they were transported all over the country to be
used and abused.
Reputed victims and whistleblowers like Paul Bonacci claimed they were
taken from the redwoods of Bohemian Grove in California to the basement of
the White House in Washington, D.C.
Under Sus-Spence
If mainstream media covered the issue, it was with the spin that the boys
taken from jails, foster homes and orphanages like Boys Town were actually
adult homosexual prostitutes. However, even the labels of “call boy” or “rent
boy” implies they are under-age which is what the sexual deviants — most of
them homosexuals — desire.
A homosexual prostitution ring is under investigation by federal and
District authorities and includes among its clients key officials of the
Reagan and Bush administrations, military officers, congressional aides
and U.S. and foreign businessmen with close social ties to Washington’s
political elite, documents obtained by The Washington Times reveal.
One of the ring’s high profile clients was so well-connected, in fact, that he
could arrange a middle-of-the-night tour of the While House for his friends
on Sunday, July 3, of last year. Among the six persons on the
extraordinary 1 a.m. tour were two male prostitutes. ~ The Washington
Times
[759]
The list of those who patronized the “homosexual prostitutes” is impressive
—
Among the client names contained in the vouchers — and identified by
prostitutes and escort operators — are government officials, ... U.S.
military officers, businessmen, lawyers, bankers, congressional aides, and
other professionals. ...
One of the ring’s big-spending clients is Craig J.
Spence, Washington socialite and international trade consultant, according
to documents and interviews with operators and prostitutes who say they
engaged in sexual activities with Mr. Spence.
Mr. Spence spent upwards of $20,000 a month for male prostitutes who
provided sex to him and his friends, said to include military personnel who
also acted as his “bodyguards.” It was Mr. Spence who arranged the
nocturnal tour of the Reagan White House. Repeated attempts to reach Mr.
Spence by telephone, fax machine and personal visits to his home, were
unsuccessful.
[760]
Perhaps Spence couldn’t be reached because he was already in the process of
“getting depressed”. The former ABC correspondent-turned Asian lobbyist
made the mistake of trying to play the CIA’s game without the CIA.
Craig J. Spence, an enigmatic figure who threw glittery parties for key
officials of the Reagan and Bush administrations, media stars and top
military officers, bugged the gatherings to compromise guests, provided
cocaine, blackmailed some associates and spent up to $20,000 a month on
male prostitutes, according to friends, acquaintances and records.
The 48-year-old D.C. power broker has been linked to a homosexual
prostitution ring currently under investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s
Office. Its clients included several top government and business officials
from Washington and abroad. ...
Mr. Spence’s influence appeared unlimited, aptly demonstrated by his
ability to arrange midnight tours of the White House, according to three
persons who said they took part in those tours.
“It was a show-the-flag time for Craig Spence,” said one person who went
on a July 3, 1988, tour that included two male prostitutes. “He just wanted
everyone to know just how damned powerful he was,” said the person.
“And when we were strolling through the White House at 1 o’clock in the
morning, we were believers.”
[761]
Those who attended Mr. Spence’s “parties” were all of America’s big names
— many of them quite Catholic.
After arriving in Washington in the late 1970s, Mr. Spence was hosting
parties during the early Reagan years attended by, among others,
journalists Eric Sevareid, Ted Koppel and [“Neocon
[cvii]” Jew] William
Safire; former CIA Director William Casey [Roman Catholic]; the late
John Mitchell, attorney general in the Nixon administration; conservative
activist Phyllis Schlafly [Roman Catholic Dame of Malta]; Ambassador
James Lilley [Yale Skull and Bones CIA operative]; and Gen. Alfred M.
Gray [extreme sexual deviant
[762],[763]
], the commandant of the Marine
Corps.
[764]
The location from which the Jesuits exert much of their control on
Washington is Georgetown University and Craig Spence had a “friend” there, as
well — but of course when the “friend” noticed Spence behaving oddly he broke
off the “friendship” immediately!
Georgetown University law professor Richard Gordon said he was a close
friend of Mr. Spence’s until his “behavior began deteriorating quite
markedly.”
Mr. Gordon recalled being at a gathering at Mr. Spence’s home and
having a conversation with veteran NBC and CBS correspondent Liz
Trotta.
[765]
Apparently Spence made his Jesuit/CIA connections while helping spin
Vietnam for ABC.
Mr. Spence, a former ABC-TV correspondent who covered the war in
Vietnam, was one of the biggest spending clients of the homosexual
prostitution network, according to credit-card vouchers obtained by The
Times.
[766]
The control the Devil’s Simulation has over editors and “journalists” is just
as important as what it exerts over cops and judges. Yorkshire Television’s
Conspiracy of Silence claimed that the biggest name to come from the
“Franklin” (Boys Town) scandal in media was Omaha World-Herald celebrity
columnist Peter Citron.
Yet, the most reliable of the Franklin / Boys Town victim whistleblowers —
Alisha Owen — named World-Herald Publisher Harold Andersen as a friend of
Lawrence King and frequent raper of children.
Andersen wielded influence well beyond Omaha.
He was publisher and chief executive of the newspaper from 1966 until
1989. He also served high-profile roles for groups representing
newspapers around the country and the world, including the American
Newspaper Publishers Association and the World Press Freedom
Committee. He also served on The Associated Press Board of Directors
from 1980 to 1986. ~ The Journal Star
[767]
When repeated claims of abuse reached the Nebraska State Foster Care
Review Board, a massive report was filed and turned in to law enforcement.
Board Chair Carol Stitt
[cviii] would tell Yorkshire Television the report was fully
one foot high in documents.
Nothing was done.
The Nebraska Legislature stepped in and conducted its own investigation,
retaining Private Investigator Gary Caradori. Caradori took personal statements
from Paul Bonacci, Alisha Owen and another purported victim, Troy Boner.
Owen also named wealthy department-store heir Alan Baer and Omaha’s
Chief of Police, Robert C. Wadman as voracious child predators.
[768] She would
go on to claim in Nebraska State Court that Wadman had impregnated her
during one of the many sex abuse sessions she was subjected to.
Like Lawrence King, Wadman was brought in from outside Omaha. He had
skyrocketed from obscurity as the Utah Deputy Commissioner of Public Safety.
When things got too hot for Wadman, he moved on to become the Chief of
Police of Aurora, Illinois, a suburb of the Catholic stronghold of Chicago.
In July of 1990, Gary Caradori phoned his wife and told her that he had “big
names” to turn in to the Nebraska State Senate. He piloted a Cessna airplane to
Chicago, ostensibly so that he and his son could watch the Baseball All-Star
game. Actually, Caradori was collecting evidence. During his return flight,
early on the morning of July 11
th
, Carardori’s plane exploded. His 8 year old
son Andrew James (“A.J.”) died with him. Both were found amongst the debris
which, unfortunately for them, just happened to fall into the new jurisdiction of
Chief Robert Wadman.
[769]
Alisha Owen fared little better. By that time, the FBI had finally arrived in
Omaha and immediately began applying pressure — not to any pedophiles, but
to Alisha’s fellow whistleblower Troy Boner. The FBI flipped Boner and got
him to reverse statements he had made to government officials and Private
Investigator Gary Caradori. Boner became a key witness in court, testifying that
the accusations of child sex slave trafficking in Omaha were a “hoax” dreamed
up by Owen for financial gain.
Lawrence King was arraigned for embezzling $38 million dollars from the
Franklin Federal Credit Union. The FFCU had a very large number of accounts
with the municipality of Boys Town — known as “the richest square mile in the
world”. Essentially, King was stealing from the Catholic Church and that was
what brought the swift full force of the “secular” United States government
down upon him.
Charges of child abuse and sex trafficking went unaddressed. He was given
the minimum sentence of 15 years.
Alisha Owen’s testimony was used against her. She was tried and convicted
of five counts of perjury and given the maximum 5 year sentence on each for a
cumulative 25 years in prison.
After her conviction, Owen received help in filing her appeal from a
Nebraska lawyer — a former State Senator named John DeCamp.
Not surprisingly, her appeal was unsuccessful.
[770]
Good Morning Vietnam!
Being a media propagandist during the Vietnam war
[cix] helped Craig Spence
tap into the drug trade which shifted from the Orient in the 1970’s to South
America in the 1980’s.
Mr. Spence was generous with cocaine at his parties, according to several
people who said they witnessed drug use at the exclusive Kalorama house.
...
Several friends said Mr. Spence bragged that U.S. military personnel, for
whom he had built a gymnasium in El Salvador, had smuggled cocaine
back to him when they returned to the United States.
“I heard he was selling drugs, or smuggling drugs into the country from El
Salvador,” said a friend who worked closely with Mr. Spence. “He went
down there two or three times or maybe more. He was trying to interest a
Japanese firm with buying a fishery in El Salvador.” ~ Washington
Times
[771]
Fortunately for Mr. Spence, the government agencies citizens have entrusted
to interdict drug trafficking are as effective as the ones supposedly interdicting
human trafficking.
U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration officials said this week they had no
evidence of any such operation.
[772]
As “former” Roman Catholic Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North, USMC,
would tell Yale Skull and Bones Roman Catholic John Forbes Kerry for his
Senate “investigation” of “Iran/Contra”, “I don’t recall...”
Although Spence was painted as erratic and making wild, unsubstantiated
boasts, he clearly wielded power.
Mr. Spence made good contacts in Japan and among Chinese expatriates,
often bragging of his close association with former Japanese Prime
Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone and appearing in public with a Chinese
businessman who once served as an unofficial representative of Communist
China in Washington, sources said.
[773]
The Washington Times quoted an unnamed “businessman” as having heard
Spence claim he was a “secret agent”. This was spun as just another wild boast,
much like what Father Marcial Maciel told his son Raul, right before he raped
him.
He described Mr. Spence as “strange,” saying that he often boasted that he
was working for the CIA and on one occasion said he was going to
disappear for a while “because he had an important CIA assignment.”
According to the businessman, Mr. Spence told him that the CIA might
“double-cross him,” however, and kill him instead “and then to make it
look like a suicide.”
The businessman also said he attended a birthday bash for Roy Cohn at
Mr. Spence’s house. He said Mr. Casey was at the party. “One time he
stormed into another party with a big, white hat and an entourage of
security guards,” the businessman said. “It was all rather bizarre.”
[774]
Finally in 1989, it was decided to rein Mr. Spence in.
Craig J. Spence, a Washington lobbyist who is a subject of a Federal
investigation of male prostitution in Washington, is facing cocaine and gun
possession charges in New York, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office
said yesterday.
Mr. Spence, 48 years old, was arrested July 31 at the Barbizon Hotel at
140 East 63d Street in Manhattan. ~ NY Times
[775]
Three months later, to the day, Craig J. Spence was dead.
Craig Spence, a lobbyist linked to a homosexual escort service under
Federal investigation, was found dead in a hotel room here, the police said
today.
Mr. Spence, 49 years old, was found in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Friday
after firefighters used a saw to cut open his door, which was barricaded
with a bed. Leonard Atkins, the Suffolk County Medical Examiner, said
that an autopsy had been completed but that it might be weeks before a
cause of death was announced. ~ NY Times/AP
[776]
Apparently his claims of a suicide double-cross weren’t so “bizarre” after all.
Chapter 22
Muddy Waters In Arkansas
5 May 1993: West Memphis, Arkansas boys Steve Branch, Michael Moore, and
Christopher Byers — all three are 8 years old — are reported missing. At 1:45
pm the next day, their bodies were found in a drainage canal in Robin Hood
Hills. They were naked and hogtied. The genitals of Christopher Byers had
been mutilated.
Suspicions were immediately cast upon three disaffected teenagers; Charles
Jason Baldwin (16, at that time), Jessie Lloyd Misskelley Jr. (17) and Michael
Wayne “Damien” Echols (18,).
Baldwin was a loner in school, Misskelley and Echols were drop-outs.
All three had reputations for vandalism and bizarre behavior typical of youth
seeking attention.
Of the three, Misskelley seemed the least intellectually capable. In fact,
some questioned his ability to function as a consenting adult. It was he who
ended up giving police a confession that the boys had been raped and mutilated
by the teenagers as part of a satanic ritual.
Evidence of sexual molestation (beyond the mutilation of young Christopher
Byers) remained mostly unaddressed, despite all three having a “dilated anus”.
This was later dismissed as typical post mortem.
The genitals of Steven Branch showed signs of forced stimulation and the
anus of James Moore had dirt and debris.
[777],[778],[779]
The medical examiners claimed very specifically on each boy’s rectum: “no
evidence of injury”. Yet “injury” does not preclude sexual abuse. In fact, the
conditions of each boy — naked with wrists tied to ankles, left to left, right to
right — made the question of abuse nearly a foregone conclusion.
In 1993, DNA profiling had been in use for almost a decade, yet it was not
brought into play to help identify who molested the boys.
Although there were multiple contusions and abrasions on all three boys,
there was little blood where the bodies were found. Likely what was done to
them took place in another location.
FBI “profiler” John Douglas was consulted and Douglas concluded that the
motive wasn’t perverse ritual such as “Satanism” but personal animus.
[780] What
three 8 year-old boys did to cause someone to hate them so, the Federal
“profiler” didn’t say.
Also of note; all three victims were from the same Cub Scout Troop. Was
the perpetrator also involved and did they use this connection to target the boys?
Apparently, neither law enforcement nor media felt these were pertinent
questions.
What was sadly consistent with both the victims and suspects was that all
were part of poor, broken families. The victims were little-supervised and the
suspects were little-loved.
Because Jessie Misskelley gave evidence against Charles Baldwin and
Michael “Damien” Echols, he received a separate trial.
On February 5, 1994, Misskelley was convicted by a jury of one count of
first-degree murder and two counts of second-degree murder.
[31] The
court sentenced him to life plus 40 years in prison.
[32] His conviction was
appealed, but the Arkansas Supreme Court affirmed the conviction.
[33] ~
Wikipedia
[781]
Echols was treated as the ring-leader and seemed happy to incriminate
himself during interrogation. He had knowledge of Steve Branch and (James)
Michael Moore being drowned as well as the mutilation of Christopher Byers.
Defense argued that police or media exposed Echols to those facts and he was
manipulated into divulging them as evidence of “guilt”.
Both Baldwin and Echols were found guilty of murder in the first degree,
three counts. Christopher Baldwin was sentenced to life in prison, Michael
“Damien” Echols was sentenced to death.
Two years after the trial, HBO sent “documentarians” Joe Berlinger and
Bruce Sinofsky to West Memphis. The two were fresh off their victory of
having Delbert Ward acquitted of the death of his brother William in Syracuse,
New York with their documentary Brother’s Keeper.
One wonders at the capability of lawyers and police officers when such is
necessary yet, sadly, still plausible.
However, their corresponding documentary in Arkansas — Paradise Lost:
The Child Murders at Robin Hood Hills — answered few questions. By
admission of the “documentarians”, this was on purpose.
“We embrace ambiguity, not because we want to confuse people but
because, unless you’re an eyewitness to an event, there’s no one answer to
a situation,” Berlinger says.
Disturbing facts about the defendants — such as Echols’ blasé attitude
toward his defense and his professing to like being known as a
“bogeyman” — coexist with stories of lazy police work that suggest other
possible suspects may have gone unnoticed. ~ Chicago Tribune
[782]
What was noteworthy was that the film crew was given a “memento” from
(John) Mark Byers, the adoptive father of Christopher Byers: a folding knife.
When the crew realized the knife had blood on it, they sent it to the West
Memphis Police.
All three boys had received lacerations and Christopher was mutilated with a
knife.
The blood tested human — O+. Both Byers and, by coincidence, his adopted
son had O+ blood.
Mark Byers and his wife Melissa (Christopher’s biological mother) had been
in trouble with the law. In 1994, they were arrested for stealing $20,000 of
antiques from a neighbor’s house and trying to sell them at a pawn shop. When
Byers happened upon a fight between two boys, he forced them to finish with his
knife while he held them at gunpoint. One boy required hospitalization.
During their interviews by HBO, the Byers were the most vocal in their
hatred for the three suspects.
While the court appearance for their burglary was still pending in 1996,
Melissa Byers died “mysteriously”. Paramedics were dispatched to their home
in Cherokee, Arkansas to find her naked, on her bed with her arms at her sides,
unresponsive.
When she was pronounced dead at the hospital, Sharp County Sheriff Sonny
Powell called Arkansas State Police Investigator Stan Witt to report it as
suspicious.
...her urine was abnormal. It tested positive for marijuana and for
hydromorphone, the synthetic narcotic more commonly known as
Dilaudid. Melissa Byers did not have a prescription for Dilaudid. On the
street, it sells as much as $50 per tablet. The drug is a potent opiate. It
can slow breathing, heart rate, and brain activity. What was strange was
that, while the drug showed up in Melissa Byers’ urine, suggesting recent
use, it was not found in her blood, which would be expected of a lethal
agent. Moreover, that anomaly in the body was matched by an anomaly in
the report.
Through what Jim Clark, the director of the crime lab, recently described
as a “typographical error,” no mention of the finding of Dilaudid appeared
in the autopsy report’s conclusions. Instead, on the report’s final page, the
word “hydromorphone,” or Dilaudid, appeared as “hydrocodone,” which
is another drug entirely. Nor was the Dilaudid mentioned on the page
listing the medical examiner’s findings.
”Asked if the discovery of an illegal drug in the body of a possible homicide victim was not a finding worth listing, Clark affirmed that, “There may be room for some further investigation as to how she obtained the drug.” As for the needle marks in the body’s arms, feet, and groin, Clark said, “In the pathologist’s opinion, all those wounds were probably done at the hospital."
When Witt received the report, it offered no indication that Byers’ death
might be connected to illegal drug activity. Instead, he had the crime lab’s
vague conclusion that, “because of the lack of definitive anatomic or
toxicological findings, the cause and manner of death are left
undetermined.” ~ The Arkansas Times
[783]
Even more curious was the prosecution of Byers’ problems with the law.
On Aug. 28, 1995, he entered into a plea agreement negotiated by his
attorney and Stewart Lambert, a deputy prosecutor for the Third Judicial
District. According to the negotiated plea, Byers was to pay $20,000 to the
woman whose house was burglarized, make restitution to the father of the
boy who was injured in the fight, and pay a $250 fine.
An additional part of the agreement was that Byers would leave the Third
Judicial District, which is made up of Sharp, Lawrence, Randolph, and
Jackson counties and not come back to them, or to Fulton County either.
Lambert, the prosecutor, said he entered the plea agreement with Byers
because a key witness in the burglary case was a minor whose mother was
reluctant to have him testify, making a successful prosecution difficult. As
for ordering Byers out of the district, Lambert said, such an arrangement
can be legal if done with the agreement of the party being banished. Byers
accepted those terms, but has not made the required payments.
[784]
“Make restitution and get out of town”?
Byers has been presented as a “low-income, backwoods ‘bumpkin’”. Where
did he get the $20,250?
If there were strange powers at work in Arkansas they seemed to belong
more to Mark Byers than “Damien” Echols.
Byers had by far the most motive and the crime fit him best as perpetrator.
His adopted son received the worst treatment, just as the innocent “rival” of
another man’s seed would have.
To this day, Mark Byers remains even to be questioned as a suspect.
As a result of the HBO documentary Paradise Lost, the “West Memphis
Three” gained national prominence and became the cause célèbre of the
entertainment industry — a clique of people not known for their judgment,
morals or ethics.
Michael Wayne Echols bore the brunt of police investigation as the leader of
the three suspects. He was the best witness for the prosecution against himself.
He reveled in darkness, satanism and witchcraft and cultivated the persona of a
“boogeyman”. His nonplussed behavior through proceedings that would
ultimately send him to Death Row added to the perception that he was guilty.
Damien’s dress and behavior, his interest in the occult and Wicca, and his
love for heavy metal represented to many in the community iconic symbols
of the devil. These beliefs are hardly relegated to West Memphis. Recent
polls from Gallup and Harris have found six in ten adult Americans believe
in the existence of the devil and four in ten believe in demonic possession.
Damien played to these fears. He would later described himself as a
candidate for the local boogeyman. ...
Even his name became a matter of controversy, with some believing
Damien chose his name after the antichrist character in the Omen films. ~Hill
[785]
Conversely, Echols enjoyed the most support from notables in
“entertainment”. The personalities included Eddie Vedder of “Pearl Jam” — a
name which has been suspected of having sexual overtones but has been assured
as an homáge to professional basketball player Daron Oshay “Mookie”
Blaylock. Apparently, Mookie meant a lot to the band.
Also in support of the would-be Wiccan was Natalie Maines of “the Dixie
Chicks”, artists Patti Smith, Henry Rollins and Tom Waits as well as John
Michael “Ozzy” Osbourne, formerly of the aptly-named band “Black Sabbath”.
It was Osbourne who, in 1980, released his own homáge to the self-described
“Beast” Aleister Crowley with a song of the same name: “Mr. Crowley”.
Hollywood would not be left behind and famed New Zealand film Director /
Producer Peter Jackson felt the plight of “Damien” and his friends was
something that couldn’t let him sleep at night.
Jackson is best known for the 6 movie effort he has put in for John Ronald
Reuel Tolkien’s Roman Catholic fantasies; The Lord of the Rings. In 2012,
Jackson released another film, West of Memphis, adding to the new legend of
Damien Echols.
The pressure worked.
DNA evidence was re-found — not to help conclude who abused and
murdered the three 8 year old boys — but to help exonerate the “West Memphis
Three”.
In 2010, the Arkansas Supreme Court ordered a hearing to review the “new”
evidence.
Prosecutors, however, didn’t want to let it get that far and negotiated an
“Alford plea” with the three. An “Alford plea” asserts the innocence of the
accused while simultaneously acknowledging that the evidence in the possession
of the prosecution would likely convict them.
Yes, you read that right.
It’s known as a “legal loophole” for a Prosecution that isn’t interested in its
responsibilities.
In 2011, all three were given their freedom.
When Echols was released from prison, he was met by one of his greatest
fans, actor Johnny Depp.
With his new freedom, “Damien” took his wife to live in a location he felt
best suited who he was; Salem, Massachusetts.
Echols now lives in a historic 18th century home with his wife, Lorri Davis,
49, whom he met and married while on death row. Davis first reached out
to Echols after she saw a documentary about the case. They married in a
Buddhist ceremony in a prison visiting room in 1999. It was the first time
the two had ever touched. ~ USA Today
[786]
Clearly, there was something that attracted the Elite to “Damien” Echols.
Were it not for him, there would have been no attention lavished on West
Memphis, Arkansas and suspects Jessie Misskelley and Jason Baldwin would’ve
languished in prison.
What was it?
Born Michael Wayne Hutchison on December 11, 1974, he changed his
name to Damien Wayne Echols in his early teens after being adopted by his
stepfather Jack Echols, a strict Catholic. He stated at trial he chose the
name Damien because he had for a brief period explored Catholicism, and
he was fascinated by the saint, Father Damien, who had worked with
lepers, eventually becoming infected with the disease. This was confirmed
by his father and by his [parole officer] Jerry Driver. Driver, a member of
the parish, said he spoke with Damien’s priest, although Driver intimated
that Damien’s only interest in the Catholic church was to infiltrate it in
order to steal the eucharist for satanic ceremonies. ~ Hill
[787]
Even “Damien’s” parole officer was a devout Roman Catholic; so much so
that he sought to distance the convicted Death Row inmate from the “Mother
Church”.
The idea that Michael Wayne Echols chose the nickname “Damien” from an
obscure Catholic “Saint” is as ridiculous as it is telling.
Yet, even the attempts by Echols to fabricate a dark mystique has thoroughly
Roman roots.
The 1976 horror movie by Jew Richard Donald Schwartzberg (“Richard
Donner”) The Omen was yet another big-budget Hollywood film that gave cover
for the Vatican. It reinforced the Jesuit Biblical heresy and subterfuge that
“Antichrist” is a single individual who suddenly appears verses the Protestant
(and Biblical) doctrine that Antichrist is the Office of the Papacy.
...it is manifest that the Roman pontiffs, with their adherents, defend [and
practice] godless doctrines and godless services. And the marks [all the
vices] of Antichrist plainly agree with the kingdom of the Pope and his
adherents. For Paul, in describing Antichrist to the Thessalonians, calls
him II Thess. 2:3 — an adversary of Christ, who opposes and exalts
himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he as
God sits in the Temple of God. He speaks therefore of one ruling in the
Church, not of heathen kings, and he calls this one the adversary of Christ,
because he will devise doctrine conflicting with the Gospel, and will
assume to himself divine authority. ~ Concordia, Philip Melanchthon
[788]
Three years before, in 1973, The Exorcist showed the world how difficult it
was for Catholic priests to “tame” little “demon-possessed” girls. It was created
by Jesuit school valedictorian
[789] William Peter Blatty. The success raised
Blatty to an “instant millionaire”. For such a devoted Catholic,
[790] Blatty’s
Lebanese / Greek background made him an interesting mix. He called his time
under the Jesuits at Georgetown “the best years of my life”.
[791] Blatty made
Father William J. O’Malley, S.J., a technical advisor for the film.
[792]
In return,
the McQuaid High, Fordham Prep teacher got the role of Jesuit Father Joseph
Dyer to play.
Warner Brothers and Blatty offered Direction of the film to Stanley Kubrick
but it eventually went to William Friedkin of French Connection fame. Both
were / are Jews.

Because it’s “the Jews” who run Hollywood, right?
Although much has been made of “Damien” Echols being a “Buddhist” or a
Wiccan, while he was still in prison, benefitting from massive media attention
(unlike his comrades), Catholicism was on his mind.
CNN: Larry King Live
KING: We are back with Damien Echols. By the way, we understand you
are supported by many people. Among them, Natalie Maines of the Dixie
Chicks and Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam, is that right?
ECHOLS: That is correct.
KING: Have they been to see you?
ECHOLS: Eddie has. He has been to see me a couple of times. We talk on
the phone, write, things of that nature. He keeps a — he has been — Eddie
has went above and beyond the call of duty to me and my wife both. You
know, he has been probably the greatest friend a person could have
through all of this.
KING: Do you have strong spiritual beliefs?
ECHOLS: I think I do. But it is pretty hard to articulate exactly what that
is.
KING: What keeps you going all day?
ECHOLS: My wife. My wife and I guess you could also say those spiritual
beliefs.
KING: You are a Catholic?
ECHOLS: I’m a member of the Catholic Church, yes.
[793]
As far as Echols being on Death Row, “Eddie” blames his plight on
“religious fundamentalist Christianity” — as well as animal cruelty and
restrictions on abortion.
These days, the singer pours his anger into political campaigning. He
insists that unlike the Dixie Chicks, Pearl Jam didn’t lose fans after
criticising the Bush administration, though they “didn’t win any either”.
He’s still furious about the last presidency. “Those fucking bastards, they
put us in this situation and screw up the whole fucking planet and goodwill
with every other nation, and they are not going to be held criminally
responsible.”
Above him in the HQ there’s a portrait of Obama. Vedder concedes that
things are changing, but there’s so much that hasn’t: “People on death
row, the treatment of animals, women’s right to choose. So much in
America is based on religious fundamentalist Christianity. Grow up! This
is the modern world!”
He sounds more like an angry kid than a middle-aged man. He sounds as
contrary as one, too. ~ The Guardian
[794]
It is a schizophrenic application of compassion, to say the least, but one all too-common for “mentally-challenged” entertainment Elites.
Interesting that both “Pearl Jam” and “The Dixie Chicks” stand with Damien
Echols yet against George W. Bush, despite the Bush family Nazi, CIA, secret
Roman Catholic lineage (or, rather, because of it).
As Eddie Vedder, Natalie Maines, Peter Jackson and Johnny Depp all
surrounded their hero, “Damien” Echols, the contorted bodies of three little boys
got lost in the media hype. Also lost and forgotten was the fact that no one had
been punished for the horrible things done to them.
Just as intended, all that has come out of West Memphis, Arkansas since then
have been muddy waters.
