As a good medicine, it includes a leaflet explaining the posology of the 59 capsules, which with the justification of the 59 beads of a rosary, is the real mobile of the papal "spot".
That the 59 beads of a rosary become the 59 capsules of medicine is one more example of the ingenious idea, which certainly is not of Francisco but of a Polish congregation that had already put it into practice before. But the reality is that they have used it to make known - in a cryptographic way - that they have just started their countdown.
The number 59 suggests that the expected time for an event has just started (if the time is 1 minute or 1 hour, 59 is the first number we will see when the counter starts running).
We know what they like these symbolic games. Pity that we are not in a role-playing game because it would be fun, but we are in reality, although it's hard to believe it. We are at the moment of the culmination of a plan that began many centuries ago, a plan already announced in the Third Secret of Fatima , the greatest taboo of the Catholic Church. A plan that was prepared when the Sumerian-Anunnaki gods physically left Earth to return in these final times, baptized as the Apocalypse or Final Judgment.

However, the image that really became famous was the work that Adolf Hyla painted years later (in the image above). It was not until after his death, and in the wake of World War II, that the devotion of Divine Mercy became popular and began to spread out of Poland. Currently the painting has been restored and is exhibited on the central altar of the Divine Mercy Shrine in Vilnius. The new version generates a quite different perception, but the story, that stubborn and naughty girl, is always there so that we do not forget the Truth, if someday we want to recover it.
It is not hard to imagine this impostor face saying the following threatening words to Saint Faustina:

The commitment of the Cardinal and future Pope Karol Wojtyla with the new strategy of the Divine Misecordia, also born in Poland as we have seen, made him arrive at Pope, even though no one was betting on him. All this may seem extremely fanciful and convoluted, but to silence doubts we have the second meaning of the word Mercy:
Mercy is also called a dagger with which the knights of the Middle Ages used to go to give the coup de grace to the enemy and to finish off opponents seriously injured with little chance of survival. The sturdy and sharp blade, could cross the meshes or enter through the joints of the armor. Today we find an updated version of this type of dagger in the army's modern tactical knives. Knowing their morbid plans I propose to play with the language and rename the Divine Mercy as the "Divine Dagger", which would be "to give the final thrust to humanity", just as the false Jesus threatened Sister Faustina:

For both men and "gods", having compassion requires empathy, which is the ability to share the feelings and emotions of the other person, something that unfortunately is more scarce than taxis on New Year's Eve.
But do not worry, the empathy (which should be the Divine Empathy) is a delicious side effect of the best medicine there is:
